Just returned home from the Mayan Riviera. Our travel agent, Annette, helped us plan our dream family vacation. Everything was perfection. She listened to our needs (safety for our family, great food and activities to keep our kids busy and happy). We hit the jackpot with our resort, the Riu Palace RM. Our excursions, mixed in with relaxing time at the resort was a perfect balance. Thank you, Annette!! I honestly cannot thank you enough for your support during the planning of our vacation as well as the immense support during our stay and upon our return.

Teresa is unbelievable! She was recommended to me by a friend. She was so helpful with booking, made the process so stress free. Followed up while on the trip to ensure everything was going well and offer any support, and again at the end. Can say enough about how great her service was to help create a smooth experience.

Terrible customer service

We discovered our flight was cancelled Saturday due to snow at our connecting flight in the USA. We were suppose to arrive the morning of the ship's departure. Our agent, Ruth, was contacted by her staff at home on her day off after we contacted them. She worked for the next 3hrs to find us an alternate flight. We left a day earlier on the Saturday and spent the night in Miami and made it to the boat on time. The vacation was great.Thank you Ruth.
