Went today for license plate and few updates on my health card, Yasmin ( i hope i heard it right) tried to help as much. She was super helpful

I went here to get a copy of my driver's license, because the one I had was lost. I received a temporary license. After 6 weeks I still had not received my new driver's license in the mail. I called them and they said to come back to the office with my ID and they would fill out the forms to get another one at no charge. It's nearly impossible for me to get to the registry during their hours. Three months later i had the time to go back and reapply. Once there they asked for my temporary driver's license. I didn't have it, and they never told me to bring it with me. It had expired 2months ago and I may have thrown it out. I was told that without the temporary drivers license they would have to charge me all over again for a new one. Meanwhile she had on her computer screen my application for a drivers license from three months ago, showing payment for it. I asked her why is it that important when you can see that i purchased it three months ago?! She had no good reason. I agreed to pay for it because i would not have time to come back and do this again for quite some time. I will be persuing a refund.

Had my road test done here. Kurt was my instructor and he was such a wonderful guy. He was pleasant and patient as he explained everything to me. Also the registry staff we're so professinal and gentle in doing their jobs.

They moved locations and on Saturday they seemed to only have two staff members and neededthree or four. The staff was good but the long wait and lineup is unacceptable.

Failed my first Class 5, passed the second, lady that helped me register everything was super nice.During my first test, the man did the basics by telling me what I can and can’t do. I too asked him if I’m able to small talk, ask for the speed limit during certain sections if I don’t know it(I know some registries allow it so I asked to make sure) and everything, everything was fine except for asking for the speed limit so I noted it and went on the way for our test. We’re having a normal conversation and I’m doing fine, he suddenly stops replying and goes into complete silence which confuses me but I say nothing and just do my test. He said I did very well with everything but when we pull up to the registry he tells me I failed, I’m dangerous and raises his voice telling me to never talk to him during the test which didn’t make sense because I asked him beforehand. He told me that he won’t be here the next day but that I have to try again the day after so that he’ll be here and he personally wanted to see me improve which I found just super creepy. He was a shorter, bigger built older guy.I do the test again the next day when he wasn’t there and passed with a great score, this man was extremely nice!! He was quite tall so I felt bad for squishing him in my small car.The older lady helped me register for the rest since I passed my test, super friendly, even let me see my ID picture before she confirmed it and kept congratulating me.I really appreciate the second gentleman and the wonderful lady at the front! And to the first guy that did my road test, I hope I just misunderstood your odd actions

This registry moving a few doors down and getting new staff is the best thing they could've done for themselves.I had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting their old examiner, what a terrible human being. I knew I would fail the second he entered the vehicle. Went as far as asking me a question and then saying I don't care about your life." when I answered.Went back the other day and absolutely no issues. This place as zero respect for customers and their time. Every time I go there I ask myself why did I bother. The place was busy and we waited in line for a long time as usual. Two people working the the desk but only one helping customers in line. Looks like everyone else is doing other stuff. I don't recommend this place unless you have all day to waste.

Tried to get my license transferred over. Sat on hold for 25 minutes then they gave me false information on how to do so saying I need some form that doesn't exist within Saskatchewan sgi.
