We got our collie groomed here yesterday, shannon did a great job.My girl was happy and fresh! (She really needed a groom)I also love that, shannon, always takes my other groom reactive dog when ever I walk in for nails.She's absolutely wonderful with him, not many groomers will take him because he's so big and reactive.She is also very sweet, I've never had a rude comment from her and she allows me to stay with my big guy while she does his nails.

WORST-place ever. Nothing but HACKS at this establishment. Will DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.The owner should know that the staff feels that they don’t have enough time to complete the proper job.VERY DISORGANIZED ESTABLISHMENT

Great place to get your pets groomed. Their prices are reasonable and they look after your fur babies like they were their own.

Great friendly service and very accommodating. I have been bringing my large 100 pound puppy here for nail trimmings. He hated it, but the staff here have made it an easy task with him! 5/5.

After a 4 hour wait, my dog’s was way too long (I’m not sure it had even been cut) and after a rush attempt to cut it shorter, the groomer did everything I had asked her not to do. I don’t know what was going on today, but things were not working smoothly. I won’t be going back.

I almost went 4 stars for a booking mishap (twice), but then remembered how accountable, awesome, and accommodating the staff are. We got booked in for a Monday (when they’re closed) but they called early Tuesday morning apologizing for their mix up and got us into a spot that day to make up for it. AJ is a true dog lover and always does a great job on a quick nail trim or full grooming session. Our 17 month GSH practically breaks the door down when we pull up as she’s so excited to go! Our new pup is no doubt going to feel the same with his trips too :)

I took my poodle there, and have been taking him there for a little while now. The other day my dog went for a full grooming and right when I picked him up and we got in the car I realized he was bleeding all over my car from two paws, both his nails were cut so short they were bleeding everywhere, and they weren’t even shaped and rounded/done right. I was obviously very disappointed as my poor guy was in pain and making a mess all over my car, I then called and told the groomer what had happened and asked nicely if I could have a refund and this is not ok for any experienced groomer to do to a dog. I was rudely told no and that I had to contact the boss, she stated that it was my fault that something happened between the door and the 10 feet to my car (ya right), I nicely went to ask what the bosses name was and when he was in next and she hung up on me abruptly. I was shocked at the customer service and just utter rudeness I received, any other professional would have been apologetic and try to keep your business. I will never go back again. Sad that this poor owner has an employee so unprofessional and rude, as a face of his business.

I took our Irish Setter to Woofs & Waggs yesterday, May 2, 2019 for a 1:00 pm grooming appointment. The owner was doing the grooming this day and I specifically asked her if she knew how to groom an Irish Setter. She replied in the affirmative. When my wife and I picked him up at 5:00 pm we were both in a state of shock. In fact we were pretty much speechless. We paid and left. Today, May 3rd, we went back to the shop to voice our displeasure and to try and find out what was going though the owners mind to shave an Irish Setter in this way. In my view it was complete incompetence. The owner wasn't there but the shop assistant said she would get in touch with her and get back to us. The shop assistant got back in touch with my wife and told her that the owner said that is how Irish Setters are groomed. I've owned Irish Setters for the better part of 40 years both here and in the UK. I've also been to countless dog shows and never in this time have I seen an Irish Setter groomed in this way. The head and neck are shaved but never the entire back like she has done. If you look at the before and after pictures, our Irish Setter now looks like a lion. Who knows how long it will take to grow back. Utterly Disgusted!! The owner had an opportunity today to avoid this review but instead she decided, through an employee, to double down. They should consider changing their name from Woofs & Waggs to the butcher of Kemptville. If I could give 0 stars then that's what they would deserve!!

Maggie our Old English Sheepdog always looks great and the staff are always wonderful with her and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!!
