Had them clean our 2 piece sectional & ottomans- which origionally had some smoke damage...is now in good condition. Also cleaned our bedroom carpet, and mattress. Used groupon! They did an awesome job! Both men were very courteous of my home. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Nice job super clean and thank you again!

Superclean did a great job cleaning our basement when we had a sewer backup due to extreme rain. We contacted them the day this happen and even with all the other jobs that they were on we were assured that we would be taken care of that night. When the two gentlemen showed up they were very understanding of the situation we had and did everything in there power to make it as painless as could be on us. After the cleanup was finished we were left with many different fans and two dehumidifiers. I would recommend Superclean to anybody who needs there services. I also give them the upmost respect for being patient with us as our insurance company was less then helpfull in covering the damages in a timely fashion. If I could give Superclean of WNY 10 stars I would.

We called a few different services looking for prices and the team at Superclean was the most responsive and helpful. Brent arrived on time and did an absolutely fantastic job. He removed stains that we thought were permanent and left the place looking great. We'll for sure be using Superclean any time we need our floors professionally cleaned!

My basement flooded and the work needed from this company was to clean, sanitize and deodorize my unfinished basement. In addition, they were to leave behind 2 floor fans and a commercial dehumidifier to dry everything out. The job was completed the same day that I called which was great. Unfortunately, one of the fans died the first night and I requested a replacement fan. 3 days later no fan ever came. I requested a refund from the General Manager Chris Cala. I was refused any refund for the broken fan even though what I paid $810 for was two fans. He offered to clean 1 of my bedrooms carpets for free - I declined as I did not need my carpet cleaned. There were texting communications between Chris and myself that were extremely rude and unprofessional. He alluded to me breaking the fan that stopped working - but that out of customer service he didn't question it, he made rude comments comparing our business transaction to that of ordering food at a buffet when they run out of apple pie, and because they were too busy to pick their equipment up on the agreed day and waited 2 more days that we are even. I requested to speak to the owner, Chris claims he is the owner even though the receipt shows a Kevin McFall as the owner. The equipment was finally picked up today, and i still have not been credited back money for what I paid for and did not receive. The workers did a good job and I do thank them for the work they did, but I do not recommend this company just because the management and customer service is horrible.

SuperClean came through when my sewer backed up and left a nasty mess. Same day service without the same day “convenience” fee. Chris was wonderful to work with and Brent did a great job. The price was very fair and the completed job was better than I even expected. I definitely recommend them and, if needed, will use them again.
