I stopped in unexpectedly because I had a nail in my tire. They had it repaired and I was on my way in no time at all and they didn’t charge me! All the staff were lovely. Will definitely be back when it’s time for new tires!

Awesome help! My battery started dying about 5 kilometers away, and the electricals were shutting down as well. Barely made it into the parking lot. The Kal Tire guys ordered me the right battery for my Jeep, and I changed it out and was back on the road in an hour! Thanks, Kal Tire!

Store manager Ryan was very helpful and professional and went out of his way to help me , the service was quick. He got me in quickly as I had a flat tire that needed a full tire replacement. He was able to get the tire ordered and installed in less than 24 hours . I really appreciated his efforts .

I had a flat tire yesterday and they helped me take a look at it, making me feel at ease and taken care of. They were friendly and had fast service. They put my spare on for me and did not even charge me for that service. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!

Amazing service! I needed a new set of tires and walked in yesterday for a quote. Ryan was sooo helpful and friendly, and made sure I understood everything. They fit me in the next day for a new set of tires, and Moh was a great help. I was told it would be over an hour and he had me out of their within 45 minutes.Highly recommend this location!

Been coming to this location for years. Past 6 years great. The last two times have been a joke. Went for winter tire change and they broke my wheel lock key, had it for 6 years so not a huge issue. I returned with a new one (which was reimbursed) only the have them snap it again! Return with third wheel lock (reimbursed)and they tell me now my wheel locks are missing out of my wheels? Manager says they must of forgot to put them back on? Now have to order a new set though VW. Last time i’ll be dealing with this

Quite happy we chose Kal Tire over anyone else. A coworker recommended it as she gets her tires done by them and I'm happy i listened. The pricing is so much better than everywhere else and to be able to book online is icing on the cake. The service is very friendly and efficient. The guys here seem to be happy to do their job and boy they are fast. I have nothing to complain about! You won't have problems parking as they're in a huge lot and they have ample room for you to wait inside. We brought my husband's Ford focus which is a manual transmission 30 mins early and they finished it in less than an hour. Very happy customer here.

Our tire shredded while trying to escape Vancouver for a long weekend. BCAA managed to get us to Kal Tire where James worked miracles to get us back on the road in 45 minutes with two shiny new tires. They even politely declined my bribes of beer or Frostys. Exceptional customer service deserves plenty of kudos. #lifesavers
