Copetown Woods Golf Club

One of the first courses I played in 2020. The staff was great to deal with all the covid protocols. Pace of play was good... the course is long and spacious, and well maintained. unfortunately the clubhouse was closed when we were there. Also, I found it to be extremely windy ..... update from 2022... its even better this year

If you want good food and the best view going this is the place to go. Can't say enough good things about the food here, I haven't played the course in about 15 years but go there often with my family in the summer to sit and enjoy the patio and eat the best chicken sandwich on the planet.One day I'll even try the course, I've heard its pretty fun.

I didn't golf here, was there for a retirement party. Food was really good, and the view from the patio was nice. Course looks good and seems well maintained, someone at the party said it's a fun course with its challenging spots, from what I saw, there's s few unforgiving spots if you lack accuracy.

It was a beautiful atmosphere. Nice staff.I was at a wedding, a great place for pictures as well

This course is usually one of the first to open and always impressive with how terrific the course conditions are so early in the season with good drainage and maintenance. Careful thought put into being stewards of the land, bird boxes, straw bales, wet lands, wild lands, and a beautiful course co-existing. When there someone was cleaning out all the bird boxes for the season. One of my favourite courses in the area. Oh and the marshalls are some really nice guys!

We had our wedding at Copetown Woods in 2022 and couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Lori was an incredible coordinator, made things easy for us and was a pleasure to work with. The food and chef were outstanding (and received rave reviews from guests), and we appreciated the opportunity to have a nice taste testing evening leading up to the event. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was helpful and accommodative throughout. We appreciated the wedding taking priority on the day, versus elsewhere we looked at in which we felt secondary to the golfers. We highly recommend Copetown Woods for weddings, and especially summer time weddings.

This course plays sooooo slow I'm spending my time between shots posting this review. Don't be so greedy, space out the tee times, have some respect for your patrons. Updating my review on the back 9... I've completed the daily Sudoku and Wordle while I wait between shoots. If only I brought a book to read...

One of the best public courses in the Hamilton area. We played at the end of May for $50 walking (early bird before 9am). Unless you are using an UnderPar voucher you won’t beat that price for a quality golf course like Copetown Woods in the Hamilton/Niagara area. The grass and bunkers were very well kept. This place feels like a private country club. It is also a very walkable course but still offers a range of challenging holes. We will be back!

Played here for my first time last night. Crazy windy! Didn't score well! Greens still have leopard print stickiness! But man....... what a great track! Amazing staff and the price point is great at twilight. Love how they don't gouge ya for a cart and they have top notch carts! Looking forward to a redemption round soon but even if I blow up another score card I'll still love the layout, scenery, quality and rates!
