Best service I’ve had in a while! Our waitress Kaitlyn was amazing. Very bubbly and pleasant. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept our drinks full and provided remarkable service. Food was also great, love the new ravioli bites!

This place is delicious!!!!Me and one of my friends went one evening for supper and it being my first time at this restaurant I had a wonderful experience!!The food was great! The waitresses were all wonderful. Definitely coming back soon.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! A great experience every time we go to Boston Pizza! The chicken pecan salad is my favourite dish, and the salted caramel panookie is an absolutely delicious dessert, I highly recommend both!

Service was exceptional! For a chain restaurant, my expectations of the food quality aren’t high, but this place far exceeded that! Kudos to the staff at this establishment, excellent!

Food is always delicious and meets our expectations. When we order, it comes quickly. We feel like family because we frequent our St. Thomas Ontario location. The menu has a variety of healthy options. This is important to us. This review is making me crave my favourite wrap and ceaser salad! Tell them Stephanie Brown sent you!

Ordered two pasta dishes. Incorrect sauces and topings on the hungry carnivore. Wrong sauce and forgot topping on custom pasta AND only half filled. $60.00 on a dinner that was ruined because the cook can't read or know how to properly portion meals... especially expensive meals that we've had many times before and never had such a dogs**t experience. Good job guys...

I ordered off the online app tonight and as an individual with an allergy to fresh tomatoes, I asked for no tomatoes. (Naturally)A staff member called me 20 minutes later or so to make sure I was able to have other tomato based ingredients in their food.I've ordered several times online and over the phone to different establishments in the area and have to say this is not a common experience that I receive.So, Thank you to your staff tonight. Their attention to detail was very appreciated. Definitely deserves all the praise and recognition I see on your review board!

Boston pizza is not a place I have very high expectations for. Chains are usually known to serve white mediocre food. but WOW! I was impressed. Went with a group of 6, our server Jack was great, very accommodating and checked in with us just enough - not too little and not too often. He was nice and easy to talk to. As for the food? Delicious. I ordered The Hungry Carnivore pasta, it was tough to finish (because the portion sizes are so great), but amazing nonetheless. Everyone else also enjoyed their food, no complaints. Great job BP.

7 of us attended Boston Pizza on Talbot in St. Thomas on Tuesday March 14. We have the absolute worse experience ever. My cousin's meal was wrong, my granddaughter',s meal was wrong, mine was so dry you could not eat it, my daughter in law never even got hers and my daughter finally had to do take out because it had been 45 minutes. I understand they were busy and short staff but not once did anyone come over and apologie or explain. We never saw our server from the time she brought us our drinks. Finally I talked to the manager explained what was going on and all I got was oh I am so sorry we are really busy. That is not an acceptable answer. Later I spoke with one of the owners and all he said was he would give the person who didn't get their meal a free one but was not prepared to give out ,7 meals.We will never go to Boston Pizza again.Roxanne Braiden

It was fairly busy, but there was plenty of staff so wait times were way too long. 5 plus minutes to be approached by a server, no drink order, water or anything for 10 plus minutes after that. It shouldn't take an hour and a half to have a burger, tacos and pasta. Server made maybe 3 appearances to the table the entire time and had incorrect/limited knowledge of the menu and what was available. Food was ok, nothing special to mention though.
