Really nice bikes, friendly service and in my opinion the best way to explore Vienna in a comfy way (sorry subway, you‘re also nice)!

Worst company ever. The support is absolutely not helpful, the bike quality is also very bad. All bikes company better than this one

Thoroughly enjoyed the service during my test drive and when I came back a few days later to rent my ebike. Timon was chatty, intelligent and accommodating - and pretty fluent in English. And he even found a phone holder a previous customer had left behind for me. So. All good.

Yesterday I went to the service center where Mario worked. I had a problem with my brakes, which he fixed very quickly and professionally, and the service was also very friendly!

Good but would have definitely been better if there was more than one person working at the shop. There was a lot of people coming in and he got pretty swamped. Please hire more people at the Vienna site.

My experience with Swapfiets in Vienna has left me thoroughly disappointed, primarily due to the subpar customer service I encountered. While the concept of Swapfiets is excellent, the execution and the way the employees handle customer issues are lacking.A few weeks ago, I scheduled a bicycle repair with Swapfiets. The employee who came to replace my bike was rude and unhelpful. The replacement bike I received looked old, but I didn't mind as long as it functioned properly. However, the very next day, I noticed that the E motor on the bike was not working correctly. I had to visit the shop again to get another replacement. This time, the battery on the new bike ran out to 1% during my ride to work, causing me to be late. Frustrated, I called customer care and was promised a new appointment the following day with a better bike.When I arrived at the shop for my appointment, I was shocked to see the same employee who had given me the faulty bikes before. I expressed my concerns and explained the situation, but he dismissively told me that it was not his problem and suggested I cancel my subscription. He even went as far as telling me he didn't have time for me and that I would have to wait for 20 minutes while he attended to other matters. His response was unprofessional and left me even more dissatisfied.During my wait, I witnessed another customer returning a dirty bike and the employee berating them, instructing them to clean the bike before bringing it back. This struck me as ironic since I had been given a dirty bike myself. It became clear to me that the employees at Swapfiets Vienna are incompetent when it comes to handling customer issues and do not perform proper quality checks.To add to my disappointment, the coffee area in there shop highlight good customer service but turned out to be non-functional and misleading. It was just a mere façade, which was disappointing considering the false advertising.In conclusion, while the concept of Swapfiets is great, the poor customer service and the lack of quality control by the employees at the Kärntner Str. 42, 1010 Wien location have severely impacted my experience. I would not recommend Swapfiets in Vienna based on my encounter, as it seems they are unable to handle customer concerns effectively.

We had a great experience with Swapfiets. The service was super great, very nice people. They helped us out in a very spontaneous situation, we appreciated it very much!:)

Today swapfiets delivery guy change bike at location on time. He was very friendly.But I still don't understand before changing bike must be confirm whether the new bike able to ride.Even on weekends

After 5 days of borrowing a bike it got a puncture. Swapfiets wasn't prepared to come out and fix it for 10 days (so beware of the 48 hour promise) and wouldn't let me fix it myself. I suggested I come to their store and borrow a new bike until they fix the puncture/pick up the original bike but after multiple discussions they insisted that wasn't possible. They also originally said they would refund my full rental period due to their mistake but then changed their mind and said they would only refund a 7 day period (not even the full 10 days when the bike was unrideable!). I won't waste my time with this company again.
