Enough with the self checkout. Zero tills open, lineup at self checkout and employees busy training customers when they screw up. I'm over these multi million/billion dollar companies doing this. Rona & Lowes, get your employees at the tills! Pathetic

Washrooms were so disgusting, & customer service terrible! We looked for a while to ask someone to help us. We found out when we gave up & were leaving why we couldn't find anyone, they were all sitting & visiting up front!

Ummm, I honestly do not know why I haven't been going here every summer for all my outdoor patio furniture and rugs, etc. They have everything stocked! Also, they have some of the biggest and most beautiful tropical plants I have seen anywhere in the city! They weren't busy in the evening at all, and I just couldn't believe how many sales they had on outdoor furniture and accessories. I will be going there again very soon!

Truckers: Lots of room to park if you are delivering next morning. Garden centre flat deck loads go north side of parking lot by Superstore and lumber on south side and they start off loading 8 AM.

Went in looking for a carbon monoxide/smoke detector and was greeted and helped right away. Unlike Canadian Tire earlier! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. I will be shopping there again.

We were in from out of town to buy wood for a project. We ordered our wood and paid while they were going to cut the boards to fit our vehicle, then were tod to pick up the wood the next day. We explained we didn't live in Regina, and the manager had a few of them stay after 9 to accommodate us. Excellent service for this!

I went to Rona to buy a tool but it was very expensive. An employee who offered help laughed when I commented about the price and said he doesn’t control the prices. I bought the tool at Home Depot for significantly less.
