Kal Tire

As I was passing through whitecourt, I stopped and gassed up at fas gas and noticed I had a bulge in my tire. I called called Kal Tire and they were 15mins from closing, not only did they change my tire but they also charged me free of charge. Excellent service and I am very much thankful to Troy and the boys. Thanks dudes

Went in for some extensive front end work done on my pick up. Tie rods, ball joints, control arm and new tires mount/balance/alignment after everything else done. They got it all done in a day and were over $400 cheaper than the other 3 quotes I got in town. Great service!!!

I wanted to make sure this shop got recognition for helping me by re-tourquing my wheels after traveling from another town. They were so kind and prompt to help me right away so I could get on with my travels. Thank you guys for caring about safety on the roads. While another shop in town gave me hassle when I asked for their help about not buying my wheels from them, you've earned our future patronage :)

Such a wonderful experience! Even tho they found lots of issues with my previous summer tires. They were very professional and fast on providing me with my new rims and tires. Got me back on the road in no time and with friendly service. Luke O' Reilly personally took care of me and i highly recommend Kaltire to anyone who is looking for a great service. Thank you!!

Extremely disappointed with this store as it used to be an amazing tire store. When trying to get a hold of the store half the time you have to call 2 to 3 times before they answer the phone. I went in to get my winter tires on, and they sent me out with a broken tie rod which is very very unsafe. When switching my tires back to my all seasons, to trade my vehicle off, the woman at the front named Renee gave me attitude when I said all my tires and rims have been purchased through kal time so my seasonal swap is free. She became very defensive and rude towards me in front of other customers. I ended up paying $45 after she tried charging me $130 for some reason. I then phoned my fiancé, who called that the store and spoke with Troy the manager and was able to get a refund.When I went to get my return, it was Renée at the front and she tried telling me that she couldn’t do the return, and that her manager was away, rolling her eyes, not wanting to do it. She eventually did the return for me and that will be the last of my business at kal tire unfortunately.

Staff was very knowledgeable and we’re willing to do what I had asked / explore when it came to fitting over sized tires. My experience at Kal Tire was great!

As former management and employee of this particular store I am extremely disappointed in the level of service given to my partner, particularly from Renee Wheeler, when having her tires swapped (all bought through Kaltire) she was initially asked to pay circa $140 and then charged for something that should have been free.I would like to thank Troy for resolving this matter promptly and providing good customer service!! I would recommend training appropriate customer service to his new team at the front!Lastly as someone who was loyal to Kaltire, purchasing 4 sets of tires and 2 sets of wheels, I will no longer use Kaltire.I have just sold my SUV (hence the swap), and I’m need of winters; the new purchase of tires will be elsewhere!.

Fantastic Service. Headed to Grande Prairie and we had a bad shake. Called and we were able to get an appointment right away. Pulled in and they balanced all 4 tires for us right away. They had us back on the road in less than an hour. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Hello, I just wanted to make sure that the Whitecourt, AB team get some well deserved recognition. They went well above and beyond in service today! Start off with, the quote simple concise and knew what I was asking for immediately. The team didn’t have to, but they helped me unload the wheel and tires from the back of my truck. Told them I knew that one of the wheels was missing a center cap. The were nice enough to find and install a “new to me” one, they absolutely did not have to do that and to cap that off they didn’t charge for it!! Lastly a gentleman pulled up to the over head door to have his tires checked, I said “I will wait as the change over was done early”, without hesitation one of the team started rolling them out to my truck and helped load them. Amazing customer service!! Huge thanks to them. Very happy to deal with them again!!!

Bought a set of tires Sept. 29. After driving for a month & a storm. Wasn’t happy. Called Kaltire in WhiteCourt ( think I spoke to store manager ) explained the situation. He set me up with a set of Firestone Destination X/T. Gave me a deal on exchange Nov. 10/21. Truck does RV Transport pics taken March 19/22. They are very quiet & u need to be careful on ice, they are that good. They will make it till next winter & I’ll be back for replacement. Thx staff for looking after me so professionally!
