This companies vacuum was already installed in our house when we bought it (so must have been few years old). When the suction stopped working we reached out to them for help. Was told I needed to purchase a part that would help. I purchased and still no luck with suction improvement. I called back and was told nothing was wrong with the machine and that there is an issue with the pipes, and to call an electrician as this doesn’t involve them. After this poor customer service I reached out to others and it was in fact an issue with the machine. I found another vendor that had better customer service and was happy to make a switch to a new machine. Do not recommend this place at all.

I was treated very unprofessionally. I came in to ask some questions about my older model Electrolux and was given a very nasty and unsatisfactory answer. No solutions provided. The owner then proceeded to self-promote that he only carries top quality products implying that mine was not worth repairing or even owning. Very sexist was my impression. Stay away from this shop.

Great customer service and they treat you well with sales and service. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Anwar is very knowledgeable with his products and goes above and beyond. Our first Electrolux survived twenty years and thanks to Anwar, our replacement should last the same or longer.
