I can not express how impressed I am with this company. After my sister had scheduled her move with Top notch Movers, her son had a serious medical emergency. I was asked to aid her in the move as postponing the move was not an option. Richard and his crew from Top Notch were phenomenal, not only were they ever so careful to dismantle and wrap all of the furniture, they set everything up, and made sure we ( I, as the client rep) were satisfied with where everything was placed, they took into consideration that both my nephew and my sister may not be able to unpack their belongings right away, so they ensured that everyone could access their spaces free of clutter and boxes. Leaving the boxes packed out of the way.They were efficient , very respectful and responsive, going above and beyond to accommodate the changes to the move ( initially dismantling and setting up of the furniture was not included in the scope).As a former Facilities Manager for a global organization , I have worked with many great moving companies, usually very large National & Internationally based, but this experience was markedly different. And I was so pleased with the experience.My nephew was put into a medical coma for several weeks, which obviously required my sister and brother in law to take leave from work. Upon hearing about their plight,!the amazing owners of the company tore up their moving invoice. That was such a generous gesture…Diane, Dale and team, Thank You, Thank you, Thank you!!!

After getting a few quotes from several movers, I got to say Alberta Top Notch Movers were by far the best option. Nikkie was extremely pleasant and helpful when providing the initial quote, and made sure all info was upfront. On the moving day, the crew showed up on time and ready, and they were AMAZING!!! In spite of it being an extra long day, Ryan and his crew were extremely, polite, organized and accommodating; on a day that could have gone sideways quickly, they did a terrific job!We would absolutely use Alberta Top Notch movers again. Highly recommending them to anyone looking for moving services !

I recently hired this company, the gentlemen who moved me were extremely kind and professional. Right from getting a quote to being moved into my new place, it was overall a positive experience. The movers were way quicker with loading up my belongings than i had anticipated. They definitely made the hassle of moving a very smooth transition for me. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know needing quality movers.

We moved locally yesterday. I had contacted Dale about a year ago when we started looking. He gave me a flat rate quote and I was happy that a year later it only went up marginally due to fuel and material costs.We had a team of 3 men, led by Daniel , along with Kelly and Blake.They were fantastic. Very respectful, friendly, liked to joke with us, and when my car fob battery died at one location I even got a ride home to get another key and a ride back with Kelly. They worked quickly after putting runners down to protect the floors.They were great and we were done our move by 630 pm. We started right on time at 9am.There were a couple of hitches however. My wife had told them not to put our plants in the truckI didn’t know that and they asked me at the end if they should take the plants and I just said yeah sure, big mistake at -30oCAlso one of the power cords for the recliner was lost.I said I would take them and was told it was no problem they would look after themI had to go to lazy boy and buy a cord for $20Other than that it was good

• Move to Red Deer January 10, 2022 In a number of conversations  I informed the customer service rep that we had a 3 bedroom townhouse that included a dining room and indicated additional items such as a treadmill, electric fire place and a kiln.  All boxes were moved to the garage and just had to be put on the truck. We took beds apart and removed the mirror from the dresser.  I was quoted $1,400 for our move to Red Deer.  Moving day took 8.5 hours.  I was told that as a result the cost of our move could be double. I was told that the reason was because of the number of boxes.  When I commented on how long it took the lead of the crew said it didn't matter to them as they get paid regardless. The move in took 4 hours. The same amount of furniture and boxes.  The crew were very hard working and efficient.  The move ended up costing $3,500.00• 2.5 times the original quote.

These movers did an amazing job at getting me moved into my home, I am disabled and they took care of everything including putting things in the proper rooms and setting up items like my bed and desk. The men were friendly and very careful with my fragile items. 10 out of 10

I scheduled a move on October 28, 2022 with packing services for the day prior. The scheduling process was extremely fast and efficient. Top Notch Movers did an amazing job with both of the scheduled days. The packers packed my entire basement suite in five hours and made sure all breakables were wrapped. The move took 4.5 hours and was also super efficient. One of the movers had spare screws in his truck and fixed my bed frame which was falling apart! I was beyond impressed with their speed and professionalism. I'd highly recommend using this company if you want your move to be minimally stressful. Thank you!

My husband has booked a couple of moves with this company and they've been great every time. He works out of town and I have young kids so it has been really helpful having them do the majority of our packing and moving while I tend to the little ones. Very stress free, highly recommend and will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

I recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment with a good amount of furniture. Right from the start it was a good experience, I dealt with Bob and he was very thorough and got back to me very quickly.For the move I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel, Mack, and Justin and they were beyond amazing, never had a move go so smoothly and quickly, they actually finished my move faster than quoted and we're awesome to deal with, they were very observant and thorough and not a single piece of furniture was put on the dolly without coverings to prevent damage and removed legs to prevent issues and even positioned my furniture the way it was going to be set up.Overall I couldn't be happier with the company and the 3 gentleman that helped make my move so easy. Would 100% recommend if your looking for a move and would like to deal with a company and employees that care about your possessions and making your life easier.
