I called asking for ink cartridges for my printer and what the cost was. The lady on the phone told me the price and I politely said that Staples charges less so I’d have to go there but thanks anyway...She just hung up on me! Lol wow could have just said “alright goodbye”...pretty bad customer service.

Before you pull the trigger on a new inkjet or laser printer because your old one has just quit, give Hervé a call at Canadian Cartridge. Occasionally, you're going to get good news, despite the built-in obsolesence of printers. I did & didn't have to buy a new unit. The advice you're going to get is honest. The ink cartridges you buy come with a 100% guarantee. It's a small local business that has a 28 year reputation of solid service. Parking at the side and at the back, just past the Car Boyz lot heading south on Watt.
