I bought a back pack missing a USB port it should have come with and they refused to do something about it. Not only that they also pretended like it doesn’t come with any USB port even though it says it on the tag. These people are the worst, pricy for very bad products.

i usually really enjoy going into the bentley store from where i’m from in Nanaimo so i thought i would stop in on this one when i was on my trip in Victoria today (saturday). i was not greeted when i walked in and the staff had their phones out!

Your basic luggage store. Items are good quality, not too expensive - sales are always great! Never greeted when I go in, which is odd because its so quiet most of the time, but if you do have a question the staff seem to wake up" and are friendly."
