Burger Factory Whitby
They make a proper smash burger. Delicious, good portion, but a little pricey.I watched the staff handle raw meat then prepare my burger right after... poor food handling. I hope I don't get sick.-------I came back to try the funnel cake and the menu is very misleading. It says $9.99, but thats only for the base. Sauce and ice cream were an additional $10... Carnivals don't even gouge that bad.

Disappointing. This new store should not have opened without ensuring a toilet paper holder was installed. Especially for those with disabilities. The toilet paper is just on the sink getting wet and totally out of reach of those who have to sit on the toilet. Probably not up to code for wheelchair users. (See photo)As for the food, it's tasteless. I had the cheeseburger and my partner had the chicken burger. However, the chicken burger wasn't even a chicken breast, it was two chicken fingers. The fries were hard. The milkshake was mediocre. For a brand new place I'm disappointed and surprised. The burger was tasteless. Even the pickles barely gave it any flavour.I understand the staff is new, but maybe give them some training on the machine before throwing them to customers. This place is amazing. One of the best halal burger spots in Whitby. The guy Aryan is also one of the coolest guys I have ever met. He cleaned the table just to make sure I was eating on a clean place. Amazing customer service and student discounts!

I appreciate the inclusivity of the place with them having a prayer room available.I did not like the service and initial impression we got. Coming inside there was no person waiting to receive us. The spot over at the counter was empty. We had to wait awhile and call out for someone.Their signature burgers are also not well made, stacked, and presented. My order of the Cheesey Lucy ($12.99) did not come out looking good and appeared haphazardly prepared. For something branded and named as Cheesy"

Me and my friend went here and let me tell you, this is has to be the best burger joint in Whitby. The costumer service was top tier. I can see myself going here just to talk to the employees working there. But not only that, the food there was incredible. I got a nashville chicken sandwich and was blown away by how good it was. And later we got a funnel cake and it was also stellar. If you are in the area or craving a burger I highly recommend going here. If you do tell them Ezekiel and Mohammed sent you". Can't speak on the service or atmosphere as I ordered this off Uber Eats. But this is the third time I have and I cannot BELIEVE the quality they send every time. Burgers are easily the best around.This is an absolute MUST if you are looking for a solid burger joint.You are missing out until you've had a burger from here.

Nice, quick service. I ordered pickup on the phone and it was ready shortly after I arrived. Burger factory is definitely on the more expensive size, $29 for two burgers, no combo. But the quality is always good.
