There are nice people. At the variety store they sell some pretty good stuff. You can buy bus tokens and tickets there too.

Alright store conveniently present right under the building for tenants and people living in the closer community. It runs well because of its convenience duhhh but regards prices are definitely high for the smallest of products. From vegetables to cat food, everything is usually available here for urgent buys. There is a Walmart, no frills, metro etc. Available about 10-15 minutes away by walk so that's also convenient. The store is run by a Tamil family, not the best customer service is offered. But they do have TTC tokens and student tickets available for standard prices.
