I dropped my car off at the scheduled time. I asked for it back at 4:30 p.m. but at 4:30, I had not received any updates. I called the service center and sat on hold for close to 15 mins. The service advisor I spoke with said the car was being servicedcas we spoke and should be ready in 45 mins to an hour. I understand that this time of year, they are busy, but they can communicate with the customer that they are running behind. I scheduled my day according to the information I received at check in.

Brought car in for intermittent hesitating starting problem , I agreed to $150 diagnostic fee . was given estimate to replace starting switch to fix problem $420 . Got the car back the very next day it did it again . They wanted another $150 diagnostic fee .Brought the car to a small backyard garage paid $50 diagnostic fee plus $32 for a sensor and it did the trick , car repaired . All Pathway Hyundai wanted was to milk me for money and never even came close to diagnosing and repairing the car properly .I confronted the service manager at Pathway about the misdiagnosis and charges for replacing a switch that had nothing to do with the problem and he wouldn't do anything about it .

Great service. Service agent provided complete information on the repair to be made. Called Uber to take me home and bring me back when the repair was finished.Pathway Hyundai takes great care of my car.

Got the spring service on my venue and in most part was happy with what was done on my vehicle but there were just 1 or 2 service items on the list where I question if they were even done.I would still recommend this dealership!

I purchased a vehicle back in Nov 2021 which I am generally very impressed with, but unfortunetly the Bluelink car starter has never worked. First I had to fight just to created a ticket with Bluelink as they would ignore emails and help requests through the app. After 2 months of debugging with Bluelink, they send me back to the dealership. After 4 visits to the dealership and 3 promises that it was resolved, I'm still stuck with car that won't start remotely. Both Bluelink and Hyundai point to each other. I'm tired of the run around. I even paid for the extended warranty. I feel like I am getting the runaround and Hyundai doesn't really care about the client experience. 4 months for a warranty repair is enough.

I continue to bring both my 2014 Sonata and my 2019 Santa Fe XL to Pathway Hyundai for all my service requirements. I would like to send out kudos to Barbara, who followed up with me by phone after my recent service appointment. I understand that the parts department at Pathway is currently closed. I told Barb that I needed touch up paint for my Santa Fe. She got right on it and had the paint made available for pickup. Thanks Barb...very helpful..much appreciated! Once again, everyone at Pathway that I dealt with was first-rate. Thanks Pathway

Went in for a n oil change and a factory recall. They did not have the part for the recall despite the fact I had booked the appointment for that exact reason weeks earlier. Then they tried to sell me on $14K in repairs on a 13 year old car. Gimme a break. I will never bring my Hyundai here again. Avoid!
