I have got to say, Patti from Urban Barn has got to be the best salesperson (of anything) I've ever dealt with. She was not pushy, provided information leaflets on each item we were interested in, and was incredibly helpful in store. It doesn't end there, though. She emailed us not once, but twice afterward to inform us of sales that would apply to purchases we had already made. She let us know that we could come in for a refund of the discounted amount.We will certainly be shopping almost exclusively at urban barn and would recommend the same to anyone looking for good quality furniture. Ask for Patti - she's great!

We go to Urban Barn anytime we are in the city and want to look for something unique for our home. On this particular occasion we were in the market for an office chair and found the perfect chair, on sale, at Urban Barn. Collin was our sales associate that day and he was very friendly, helpful and available to us during this shopping experience. I have to say I was very pleased with my first purchase from urban barn as soon as I said my name I had the girl that I had been dealing with on the phone come over and take care of me. She had my floor lamp brought out and other than looking around the store for my next purchase the whole thing took maybe five minutes. I just received the couch I purchased. I looked all over the city for the couch I wanted. Urban Barn had it. Costumer service was excellent. The girls really helped me. Couch even showed up before estimated time. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will be back for my next purchase.

Purchased a vase from the Tommy Smythe collection. Love it. Then required greenery for in it. Employee was very helpful and gave good suggestions as to what to put in the vase.

Great staff! Nothing but amazing service! Unlike some stores that overlooked me and my boyfriend... They have always spent time with us!!! And our almost $3000 sofa that we had made... storage bench... Ect... Is proof! Kayla is amazing... (And the guy... I can never remember his name!) AND they don't mind dogs in the store! Big help if you need pet friendly furniture!
