The Brick

Pathetic product and absolutely worst customer service. I bought a Tyler table set - 1 chair was defective and the screws won’t even go in the legs. I called them and had to go to store to talk about a replacement. After 1 week replacement was sent. The replacement was also defective (same issue) and there was a crack in 1 leg. I called customer service and they hung up- called 5 times after no one bothered to pick up the phone. I will be going again to store to talk to them.

Very clean store, friendly staff, Arthur the store manager greeted us. Renato (our sales consultant) is a very knowledgeable and professional sales associate. His customer service skills are also top notch! If you’re in the market for a new appliance, TV or furniture, I would highly recommend this Brick location!

Akita was the sales representative that helped us out with our purchase. She greeted us upon entry to the store and let us shop around without hassling and chasing us down the aisles. She was professional and polite. We were very happy with our experience and purchase's. I hope the brick recognizes Akita for outstanding customer service.

The worst store when it comes to answering the phone. They never pick up …not sure why they have a telephone line. I wasted half of my day trying to get a hold of them (2x). I should’ve just visited the store. I really needed someone to guide me with my pick up but had no luck. I then sent out an email but received no response. When I was finally able to get through after maybe my 40th try, they responded by saying we are ext busy.However, this should not be a daily occurrence for a company the size of The Brick. They need to take their customer inquiries more seriously.I’m very disappointed ☹️

Customer service is 10/10 would definitely recommend this location. The sales consultant Renato Sebastiani was very helpful and didn’t pressure us to purchase. Of course he still had to ask us if we wanted certain add ons as it is part of his job but we didn’t feel pressured to purchase. Overall the shopping experience was excellent. Would definitely return back to this location for future purchases. Thank you Renato!

Renato Sebastiani was/has been truly amazing! He has been helping us for over a decade now and never fails to deliver. Always available to help with kindness and care. Information at his fingertips so super informative and able to guide you through the process. Renato is always our first call whenever we need anything for us or anyone else. Thanks Renato!!!

I try not to leave bad reviews but this is probably the worst customer service I have ever received.No sales people on the floor, no one available to help. Was sold a TV that was faulty and it was a nightmare to get it returned even though I went back into the store less than 24 hours after the original purchase. The poor customer service agent tried to help, but his manager refused to come and assist. Even with a defective product they wanted to charge a re-stocking fee. The return process took forever because all their systems were down and I ended up having to do most of it on my own cellphone at their request. No staff was available to help me select a replacement. Once I picked out a new TV, I was told it was not in stock and they had no idea when it would be arriving. I left without a TV and can only cross my fingers that my replacement will arrive soon.Not pleased with the end result, but it is what it is. I tried to be understanding and patient; I get some things are beyond their control, but the overall attitude of not really caring is what really got me. Ultimately some type of solution was achieved which I’m grateful for, but I don’t think I should have to jump through the hoops I did considering what I was sold was defective. I won’t be shopping here again.

This is a great location in Vaughan. We were looking for a 4 pieces kitchen appliances and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Ekta. She was incredible. She guided me to the appliance section started to ask me what I was looking for in particular. I told her my requirements and she researched the models and luckily everything was available. To sum it up, she was very helpful and gave me great discounts on all the items. If I ever need to buy anymore home stuffs, I will come back and to see her for sure. Thank you.
