Great service and friendly knowledgable staff. Their prices are very reasonable compared to Canadian tire for auto parts. I was able to return an unused items still in the box with the receipt several months later, no questions asked. Will definitely keep going back.

Car battery died this morning and called Brad from Lordco (store #8) who assured me battery was still under warranty and could be exchanged. I received exceptional service from James who did the warranty exchange and installed the new battery in my car in the pouring rain! Thank you Bras and James!!

I've had a love and hate relationship with Lordco love them because they suggested paint in a small amount that was custom to my car and being from the early 2000s it makes it difficult to find. With that said the hate comes from ordering a gasket and being told that I had to prepay it because it was custom for an older vehicle, that it would take 4 to 6 weeks and I went ahead believing them. At 7 weeks when I still had not even gotten a call I was a little upset but when I contacted them and then they said I'm sorry but it'll be another three weeks without even a call at the 6-week Mark to say that, I canceled the order immediately and have not replaced it since. Lordco definitely a love-hate relationship.

I came in to source out a heater hose for my ancient car (90 civic) and the helpful gentleman at lordco went above and beyond to hand match an AC Delco pipe that fit perfectly. Searched other places ( not Lordcos ) and that just ended in frustration. they couldn’t do anything as a search in their system just showed pipes that werent even close and that was the end of that. Also shout out the Clearbrook Lordco for checking into stock a bit deeper . The guy there said if Abbotsford doesnt have it, come back we can cut some bulk pipe. Thank you Lordco!!

Needed a few different replacement bulbs for a Mazda 3, and rather then making me buy a package of bulbs that had more than what I needed, the guy unpackaged them and sold only what I needed. Super appreciated service!

Clueless staff. I have visited several Lordco locations in western Canada and this one really takes top prize for the most inattentive and uneducated staff out of the whole chain. Go to literally any other location before this one
