This place is socks, first thing first dirty room and old Air Condition you can’t sleep it’s so load and horrible the bad so inconfortable no room service I booked 6 nights from day I checked in to the day I checked out they only cleaned the room one time I did ask the front desk to clean the room he said they only clean every 3 daysWhen the lady cleaned the room not enough towels and no cups for the coffeeOverall I will make sure that everyone that I know never ever go there.A very bad place to be and bad experience

I didn’t get to experience my stay at this hotel. I booked several months in advanced booked this hotel before purchasing my event tickets to make sure we had a pet friendly place. This hotel has cancelled for my family and now we can’t find a pet friendly hotel and my daughter may not be able to experience her first concert that we purchased for her birthday! I contacted the hotel to tell me to call the hotel up the road which isn’t pet friendly. I will never book at this hotel again as they weren’t able to work with me for my reservation. Communication is terrible I do not recommend

I stayed here for work. The rooms were dated and not very clean. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and a bag of garbage was left for days. It seems there are problems with the plumbing because water does not drain well from the tub.I never saw housekeeping or any staff outside of the lobby during the 4 days I was there.There does not seem to be any security. When I checked in a staff member was having a loud argument with a customer on the phone (anyone with proper training would have used a professional tone or at least gone to a private area). I would not recommend this hotel for anyone, but particularly for families or women traveling alone. I did not feel safe and it was not kept in a sanitary condition.

Quick booking for a funeral, although the hotel was under construction the staff including - front service, receptionist and House Keeping very accommodating and cordial and professional. No surprises or disappointments. Clean and accommodating. Shout out to Franco at reception who helped with all my questions.Cheers,

Experience was not good, I didn't believe the one star reviews about it being old and musty rooms, carpet stains, no room service, no fitness center, no breakfast and the best for last car theft. This is a great place if your ok wilth your car not being there in the morning. Really awfully please avoid not worth it.

The hotel is clean, but the front desk staff is not good. They are trying to cheat me by charging twice. Some one tried to enter my friend's room in the mid night using another card as the front desk staff gave the same roo. Key to another party, it is very dangerous. Don't stay here

We called Google and made reservations for 2 people with 2 double beds. When we reached reception and asked for room, they said sorry we don't have reservations on your name .I showed them their number on Google, and the receptionist said sorry, this is not our number .

Everything was great! But you have to buy breakfast in the morning. For $195 Ca/night it's a little disappointing at least they have free parking.

!!!! 0/5 DO NOT STAY HEREBe very afraid. This hotel shows photos from years ago. This is not the state it is in now. I stayed here for work and the beds have bedbugs. Security is just for saving face. Vehicles get stolen on the regular. I'm more convinced this hotel is a front for criminal activity. 0/5
