Stuff is cheap and great in a pinch. You're getting the same low quality as the cheap stuff on Amazon that you would order but without the wait. Nothing wrong with that though because if you know what you can use that doesn't require high quality" then you're going to save money and that's great.The staff is always friendly and helpful. And if you need a tarp for any purpose

If you are looking for a specific tool or just any tools they seem that have pretty much everything for tools and garage items. As far as pricing I find me it's on the higher end.

This place is kind of hit and miss. The offerings are varied but somehow they missed mechanic's coveralls, and tool offerings are pretty generic offering a bit of everything but not enough to make this a one stop shopping experience.Think of it like a Princess auto or Harbour freight with thunder Bay" prices."

Best place gor cheap tools tarps great friendly staff love going there I'm there for at least an hour or more they have every kind of tool you need not the most expensive tools not the best tools in the world but affordable and they work good and last for a while they also have some other cool accessories toilet seats painted toilet seats and even stuff that you would never think was there little mini bikes whole bunch of goodies

Without question Thunder Bay's ToolTown should be a first-call for those folks who have not got access to a Princess Auto. Best yet is the knowledgeable and friendly staff who are always willing to help you get what you need.

Zero Stars!! Just had the worst experience there. Terrible staff. Do no go here if you are colored. Boycott. I walked in on 2 of them and a customer ranting about a certain group of ppl and how they are flooding the town; then made me and my child feel extremely unwelcome and dumb. Thanks especially to tall greasy dude in glasses! Expect a business complaint.

Lots of stuff crammed in the fairly small space, some stuff is definitely cheap quality but other stuff seems pretty good
