We have lived in Oakville for 19 years and we have been coming to this DQ location since they opened. It is clean and seating is well organized. The Manager is a no nonsense kinda guy which I love! The prices are good because the ice cream and food is delicious and well worth it. We will continue to come here at least twice a month it’s worth the trip for a treat!

Skimping on ice cream portion sizes and super thin coat of chocolate on a dipped cone… yet you have 3 staff employees argue with a customer when the children point out the difference (vs. a cone from just 2 nights ago).Yet staff claim it meets their standard weight…Sorry but if I see the ice cream thru the chocolate layer and it’s melting all over my kids hands after 3 licks… and this never happens in years and years of visits it’s more than quality control and poor customer service that’s the problem….3 med dipped cones in 2 days at a price of $20 and than this type of customer service directed toward young kids?No thanks DQ!

I ordered the wrong thing in the drive thru, I always mix up the floats, slush, and whatever the third one is. Fortunately for me, the person at the window was super generous, and gave me the float instead of the slush. Even if it was absolutely my fault, he was super kind and understanding about the situation

Great DQ location, ice cream is consistently very good and exceptionally friendly service from the staff. We really enjoyed the peanut buster parfait and blizzards tonight, great tasting and good portion size, highly recommend!

Everything is great!!!the food is excellent! The employees are polite and nice and they offer nice meals.But the most stuff that are the most tastiest are the blizzards and the fruity blasts. Their so good!everytime when I want something i'll go to Dairy Queen because it's my favorite fast food restaraunt of all

NO INTERCHANGING OF TOPPINGS???I am a big fan of ice cream and particularly Dairy Queen ice cream. I love the Choco brownie extreme blizzard, but love a little bit of mint once in a while. I go to many different locations and simply ask for less chocolate and a bit of mint, and for the most part, they are very happy to oblige and do not charge me any extra. BECAUSE I AM NOT ASKING FOR EXTRA. Honestly, what’s the big deal?I visited this location on Saturday after I was released from hospital and asked how many squirts of chocolate do they put in the medium blizzard. I was told three, so I asked for two and a squirt of mint, but was told that constitutes an extra topping and an extra charge. Seriously?You are seriously doing yourselves a disservice as there are many people out there, who have allergies, such as celiac. My wife being one of them. She would love to try the Choco brownie, extreme, but can’t have the brownies., So she asked if she could exchange the brownies for Reese’s pieces and was told, “no, that would be an extra topping.“Would you please explain to me how it is an extra topping when it’s being replaced by another topping?
