I called multiple times to try and speak with my case manager. You can't speak to anyone and have to just leave a message, only for them to never call you back.

Couldn’t talk to my caseworker for nearly two years. Was it off of benefits unjustly, and finally back payed, after over a year of them stonewalling me. Had to repeatedly ask for them to restart benefits (which they’d told me I was entitled to), for months.Finally, one benefit check came in at the appropriate time… two days later, they schedule an assessment and send me a letter saying “your benefits will continue until we receive the results of your assessment”.This company is cruel and completely dispassionate in the way they do business. Would not recommend to anyone, ever, for any reason.

Oh Dear, in two months I will be transferring over from one company to my new company Canada Life, I'm trying to understand the emails I have been receiving from Canada Life, I have some questions no one is answering the phone & when I do call it asks for my ID or Certificate # no agent comes on the phone then it states we are expecting some difficult please try again later" - 5 times already I'm a New Member Transferring Over I will not have the right information yet until - the email is linked & is asking for some personal information that I can not send

what is the point of staying on the phone line for 90 minutes and hearing the automatic announcement every 30 seconds?The wait itself is not fun, the voice makes it twice as much annoying. Please cut it or reduce it

I've been on-hold for an hour. They don't have a call back service, they don't provide estimated wait times, and they don't even tell you where you are in the call queue. This is either a company that is deliberately wasting the time of its customers, or they are just horribly out of date in their phone system, and they are obviously understaffed. Its so bad that its either got to be malicious or negligent.

Worst group insurance company I have ever delt with. Spent an hour on hold to get a very rude representative that didn't answer anyone of my inquiries. I guess I will just pay out of pocket- their goal achieved

if I could give zero stars I would 4 hours on hold on 3 different phone lines calling 3 different customer service numbers 4 1/2 hour later still no answer on a single line WOW you get better service at 7/11 there's no way it takes this long to answer a call unless you have no staff working this is so ridiculous NEVER in Canada have I had to wait on hold for this long for any reason. how does a multi billion dollar company not have staff to answer a phone call?

I have been on hold 3 days in a row trying to get through for 1 hour at a time and no answer. The website is confusing and doesn’t have the info I need. It would be helpful to speak to a real agent and to get responses on emails as well. I have not had a good experience with this company. I would opt for a different one if I could.
