Professional, Honest and Friendly is how i would describe my experience with Reid Land Services LLC. Professional written bid, honest about the project and approach for providing drainage for the driveway, and super friendly staff. Would recommend them anytime.

Last winter, because of all the rain, we had a lot of flooding that caused a lot of problems in our backyard. One of the main problems was that the drainage ditch for the seasonal creek in our backyard was filled with sediment, canary grass, and blackberries. Jeff and his crew were able to come out and completely clear it out but also regrade it so it has the proper slope to allow the water to flow properly. The best part was that they did work in two days that would have taken me weeks. If you need work done around your property Jeff is definitely the person to call.

Quality work was performed on my 2 acres. They were able to get the job done in two days as initially quoted. The staff was friendly, courteous, and kind. Would highly recommend.

We had been putting off repairing our gravel driveway for a few years and it finally came time to bite the bullet. Jeff got back to us quickly, came out to do a bid, and we expanded it from just the driveways to having some trees felled, clearing away brush, providing the chips for our kids' play area, and leveling out some hilly space for a future patio. How he managed to keep track of all the things we added on to that initial visit is beyond me, but he did. Spring in the PNW meant working around the rain, but we were very impressed with how quickly everything was completed, and the quality with which it was done. The crew were great, they put up with the millions of questions and chatty nature of my kids who were awestruck by the machinery, and got everything we wanted done completed. We would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

Jeff was really professional and responsive through the entire process. He presented several options and explained them clearly. Would absolutely use Reid Land Services again. The driveway looks great and hopefully will now hold up much better to the elements in the coming years than the previous years.

Very happy with the whole process. The owner Jeff came out and gave me an estimate that ended up being less than I was quoted from another company. The work was completed when he told me it would be. Now our yard has twice as much usable space. I would definitely use Reid’s Land Services again.

We have worked with Jeff twice on our rural plot and they’ve done fantastic work both times. I especially appreciate how they handle unexpected circumstances and keep us appraised of how they intend to handle it, and the expected effects on price and timeline. Jeff also worked directly with another professional we had hired and did on the fly adjustments to make sure the scope of work didn’t conflict with what the other project would later require. Communication with us was outstanding throughout. I feel fortunate to have found such a great crew to work with and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

We've used Reid Land Services for the last few years to do a variety of work on our properties. This has included clearing of blackberries/brush and re-grading of multi-acre parcel, and driveway work and repair. All of the work has been excellent.Jeff is always good about communicating and staying in touch and has been super easy to work with on our ever-changing schedule. Reid Land Services LLC provided excellent service. Their team did very thorough land clearing in our thick forest. They are prompt, professional, and very reliable. I highly recommend them!

We hired Reid Land Services to scrape and re-gravel our driveway, as well as to pull some stumps and pack a gravel pad for a chicken coup we are building. They also ran demolition on a small outbuilding. Jeff was polite and informative and suggested several services his team could provide that we mostly ended up going with. He was careful to avoid damage to our septic system with heavy equipment.I am very happy with the work that Jeff and his team did. His contractors were really easy and fun to work with and showed up on time and got the job done well. I would definitely recommend them and will likely call on them again in the future if I need more land work done.
