Queen Palace Banquet Hall

Stay away from this place.Absolutely trash.Nothing was setup and garbage everywhere, there was stuff in the fridge turned into black mold and it smelled really bad, we requested for spoon and dishes and everything was dirty and disgusting.Also the owner and his wife are very disrespectful.

I recommend going to this banquet hall, service was amazing and the staffs were nice. We paid a fair price to book the hall. I would book here again!

Find a different banquet hall if you are planing to book here. The bartender did not stay throughout the whole party which we paid for. We did not receive the album which we paid for. One of the food item was missing and we never got a refund for it. The servers smelled so bad as if the uniform was not washed or something . They were working without gloves. I do not know why the managers can not buy them gloves to wear and not act so stingy about it. The plates were dirty! The glasses had stains on it. We paid for an extra table which was never put.They basically did not keep there word and charged us without fulfilling there words. Biggest frauds here. But the wife and the husband. They don't even pick up there phone. After they charged us with so many extra costs, that made no sense. they did not even give an explanation to where the missing food item went, what happens to the album. Disgusting wife and husband behaviours. Very unpleasant and cheap minded individuals.

very reasonable place to throw a party. put a nice touch and will turn to stunning place to host.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE BEFORE BOOKING!We came into this hall and it was a disaster. It was not vacuumed and garbage was on the floor. They promised us two serving stations but got only one for over 200 people.No water jug refill. Dirty glasses and utensils. They did not have soft drinks during dinner.Servers were rude, when asked for fork got the response eat it with spoon.Thank God! we did not order food from them. One Star is for big parking space.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Absolutely horrible service and food. Would not recommend booking any of your events here. The amount of planning and time we put into organizing my sisters 21st birthday was completely ruined with their lack of organization and cleanliness. We arrived at the hall, and they hadn’t done anything we had asked for, from the decoration to the cake and even the small things like providing 21 white roses. The hall providers and workers were absent during majority of the party and even if they were there they were slow and acted as if they had no part in making sure the party went smoothly. The bar was supposed to be equipped with drinks for mix and they had failed to provide this as promised. In addition we had paid for bar bites and that was also not provided until asked for, and it wasn’t proper bites as well. The only positives we were able to take away from the event was the DJ, MC, and bartender. Of course they were great since the hall does outsource them. Otherwise the hall owners and staff associated with this hall are completely disorganized and do not deserve your service if you are considering. The owners are really great at saying yes for everything and not providing anything as asked for.

This was a great banquet hall where we hosted our Canadian Tamil Radio event. They accommodated our guests well. We did book the hall for a reasonable price too. We will definitely come again!

I would not recommend this place. The price was reasonable, but it was very disorganized and the food wasn’t flavourful. The service was also very poor as they seemed like they were understaffed.

Didn’t let us sing happy birthday/dance to not let us notice it was a styrofoam cake with 1/3 small circle cake we paid for full 3 layer cake also there glass cups were dirty they rushed it went against or ideas we agreed apon made some family members not participate even tho we wanted them to and ect wish we didn’t pay full down before event and the balcony was filled with trash old McDonald ice coffeeI had high hopes now I’m just disappointedThey refused to give certain ppl breakfast snacks after they said they would.And some of the 5* reviews are their accounts just look at the likes
