We recently went to meet Mr. Shams Thakor to file our 2022 taxes. It was for my self employed work and rental properties. I found him to be nothing short of amazing. He was very organized, helped guide us on how to properly tabulate the information he wanted, showed us how to get a better tax return and educated us on how to prepare for next year. Overall, we got excellent guidance and saved money, thanks to Mr. Thakor's knowledge and expertise. Highly recommended for sure and we will definitely be going back.

We've been using MA consulting services since we landed in Canada in 2019. They have a great team who are personable and very knowledgeable. I also highly recommend Anas who has been our consultant for the last 2 tax years and he is amazing. Very patient and efficient. Kudos to the entire team!

Staring with delay, I had an Appointment at 2:00 PM, we got to see Shamau around 2:30PM. They provide poor service. Shamsu, the owner of this consultancy firm is very arrogant. First we were sitting in his office, he did half of the filing without paying attention what we were saying, then I was looking for some document on my phone, he asked me to go outside and find documents so that he can attend next client. I just took 1 min to find my doc but then I again I had to wait for him for another 15 min. Then he move us to the next office with some other consultant. They were not at all paying attention to our words. He gave us different quote while filling the tax and while paying he literally changed the quote and asked us to pay more.I will never go back to this place to file my future tax. Because they are not respectful and attentive to their customers.

I called them, booked an appointment with them. And at the time of appointment I got no call or text. I called them myself, they said We're busy

I wish i could these guys zero a star. First time applied with these guys last year. Told me the amount i should get when i got that it was less wasn’t even $700 then i called em asking what it is oh the CRA said u missed one t4 u will get a reassessment letter from them which i never got but how come its my mistake if i am paying u money isn’t that ur responsibility to check it. did the mistake again applying taxes with u it takes forever for u guys to reply the emails i sent and when i call oh we will call u back again and nobody calls u. Its better to apply the taxes with somebody else than them. Not recommend at all.

Amazing service. I went to shams for my return and even though he was extremely busy he took out the time and explained everything to me in detail.I would recommend this place for all your tax inquiries.

Team working here is helpful and amazing. I had some problem with my sin, but the team really worked hard for my tax return. And I really appreciate their efforts and dedication for understanding their customer’s situation. Good job guys! I will surely visit next year!

Very unprofessional. People booked appointments and they had a delay of around 2 hours. On top of that, they were very unfair by taking in people who booked AFTER us just because they know them, this was very inconvenient. All they just said is sorry and it will be quick but it ended up taking so long. We didn’t even get our accountant we planned on meeting, but a random one. At least the lady who filed our taxes was nice but this is unethical, not how a business should run.

We switched to MA consultants for filing our taxes based on a recommendation by a friend and we had a great experience last year. However, this year it was a very bad experience. Once we paid our fees, it is impossible to get in touch with them. I called them multiple times over the last 2 days to know the status of our file and no response for calls or emails.I had an agreement with this guy Talha that he will file the taxes right away once he receives the fees and signed copies of the forms and that has been completely overlooked. I made this request specifically because of a dependency to submit my citizenship file. The taxes are still not filed and I cannot get hold of him over call or email! If you are not going to consider requests from your clients then don't agree to it either. Be clear and let your client know that we are not going to entertain any requests!Additionally, I scheduled an appointment with them at 4pm and nobody had the courtesy to call or email that they are busy. It was only after I called them that I came to know the guy was busy with another client and will call me shortly. 1 hour later I still did not receive any call and had to call them again to know that the guy was still busy. If you are only going to respect the time of in-person clients then don't give an option to book a virtual appointment! You guys should understand that people who book an appointment expect you to be present during that time and we are not here to wait for your call when you feel like it!!Extremely unprofessional!
