Loved my experience! Everyone is really friendly and helpful, and the salon is clean and beautifully designed. Taylor did my hair and she was just so sweet and did a great job with my hair. Plus she help advise me on how to treat my dry hair and recommend some products that actually worked!

Tony was my stylist. Highly recommend him and this salon! He took me on short notice and helped me decide what to do with my hair. It looks beautiful. I will be coming to him from now on.

The stylist I had said some remarks that were not particularly kind about my hair as she was working (most people with this colour think it has not dimension and lots of people don't like it, that's funny

Fantastic staff! Thank goodness for your wonderful ladies! Our stylist from another salon cancelled at the last minute and the ladies at Hair Tones were able to fit my daughter in for an updo at the last minute. Her hair looked just gorgeous for her prom!

Walked in without an appointment and was able to get a service right away. The lady who I spoke to at the front was very pleasant and helpful. Emma cut my hair and I was very happy with the cut. I will definitely be back to see Emma again

Had my first visit today. Happy with my cut done by Emma, also Trudy gives the best hair wash. Very clean upbeat salon. Would certainly recommend!

This place is terrible, they are extremely understaffed and not professional. When getting my hair washed the girl was extremely rough. Tony was extremely rough when brushing my wet hair and whipped my head back. He was burning my scalp when blow drying my hair, was digging the comb against my scalp as he was cutting my hair, and left me with the worst hair cut! He left the salon in the middle of our appointment and never came back. When getting my hair flat ironed the girl was using hairspray as heat protection. Would not go back.

The salon is lovely and clean and the staff were very personable. I was impressed by the fact that the salon itself is wheelchair accessible, including the bathroom and they were very good about accomodating me, even offering to cut my hair right in the chair.Tony cut my hair and did the perm and he was very gentle and professional. He asked me for my preferences and listened and cut my hair the way i asked for it. Great job and I'm very happy with my hairstyle. Thanks guys!

My experience with Hair Tones was amazing! I was a first-time customer & my stylist Emma was awesome! Not only did she take the time to ask questions about what I was looking for (she is very skilled as a colorist & stylist), but was engaging & sweet with conversation as well. From beginning to end, customer service was impeccable. Thanks, Trudy & Emma, for a fabulous day! 100% satisfied customer! Cheers!

I'll start with the pros....The hairdresser who I worked with was nice, kept the conversation flowing, and seemed to really want to do a good job. I'd like to point out she was 18 and still in school for hairdressing.Cons...When I called in I was told 12pm, on my way there I was told they were running behind and it would be closer to 1230. Then when I got there I was told there wasn't time for coloring, but I was booked for that on the phone. So I had to wait til 1. Ok no problem, we discussed what I wanted done and I was told a number I agreed to.The young girl took her time and got the foils in fine, but in my opinion they weren't in long enough (maybe 15 mins) because my hair doesn't look any different colour wise then before.The cut itself is uneven.The biggest issue is when I went to pay the number we discussed jumped an additional $200. Being a non confrontational person I asked how it changed so much and was told that's what was discussed for a price...which I never would of agreed to. So I paid, but was so bothered by it I ended up getting sick over it after I left.I know my experience won't make a difference but if it gets even one person to change their mind about going, writing this was worth my effort.UPDATE I have since had to go to another salon and cut more of my hair off because the cut I was given wasnt even and the girl missed pieces of hair all together. So I went from hair almost sitting on it to about 3 inches long.
