We had an excellent service from quotation to installation at PerformAir.André Lasnier came within 24hrs of our call and presented different alternatives. We opted to replace our AC unit and was installed within 10 days (other vendors had a min lead-time of 3 weeks)The installers were very professional and completed the installation and cleaned-up as promised.We highly recommend André and his team at PerformAir.

I recently had a Daikin Fit heat pump installed at my home by Perform Air in April 2022, to replace an older Trane unit that had been in use for over 20 years. The entire process went very smoothly and I am extremely pleased with the experience. M. Sylvain Laperrière provided excellent service from start to finish, ensuring that the Daikin system qualified for Canada's Greener Home program and that I was satisfied with the installation and the system.The installation itself was quick and professional, with the team arriving on time as scheduled. The unit replacement was completed within a day and has been working perfectly ever since. The Daikin Fit heat pump is highly efficient, resulting in significant savings on my energy bills (about 500 kWh per month, approximately 20%, according to Hydro Quebec's smart meter measurement). The temperature control is great and my home's comfort level has improved.In conclusion, I highly recommend both Perform Air and the Daikin Fit heat pump.

The worst service I think I've ever gotten in my life. When my AC unit stopped working, it was over a month ago. A technician came and repaired it a few days after I had called them, which was fine but then the problems started. The AC units stopped working within 24 hours and it took the company 4 days to send a technician back. When he finally came, we were told that the motor for the fan no longer worked but that the technician didn't have the parts on hand so I would get a call from the company to confirm when they would have them and what the costs would be. 5 days later, no call. I called and the person answering the phone took my message and said someone would call me back. Again, no call. I called back a couple days later and same story. This happened one more time before I lost it on the person taking the message and finally got a call back from a person named David who seemed very nice, informed me that the warrantee for the pieces needing replacement was up and provided me with the amount that would need to be paid for the fix (roughly $3000). I told him that I will need the invoice sent to me by email along with the warrantee information before we can proceed and that I need these urgently. This was a Thursday and he promised me that he would definitely be sending this information before the weekend. Guess what. He didn't. I have now called back twice more, left a message on an inbox and still have not received this email I need to get this 6 year old unit repaired. It has now been over 4 weeks since the initial appointment and I have been through 2 heatwaves. I am beyond angry at this company's disgusting lack of professionalism.

I will never use this company again. The technician was fantastic, however the customer service was some of the worst I have ever encountered. The woman that takes service calls is rude and unapologetic. I called on a Monday morning and was told someone would call me back. several hours later, no one called me so I called back and made an service appt for that afternoon. At 4:30pm no one had showed up so I called again and they said the technician probably wouldn't make it but that they would call me back to confirm 100%. No one called me so I called back and booked another appt for the following morning for 8:30am (I was told since it was the first appt that it would definitely be on time), 8:45am no one is there so I call to make sure the appt was still scheduled and was told he would be there any minute as he was on his way. 9:10am the actual technician calls and says he just leaving Candiac and will be over in 1 hour (obviously the woman at the office had no idea where our technician was). Our technician came and ordered the required parts and was supposed to come in the following morning to install at 8:30am. 9:30am no one has showed up, so we call the technician and are told only then that the part didn't come in and someone from the office was supposed to have called us the night before which no one did - we are rescheduled until the next morning. I then call the office and leave a voice message with the VP as we are very dissatisfied and no longer want to pay the full premium (which included 3 hours of labor costs for the 20 minutes of actual work and commuting). As expected, no one returns that phone call. I then call the office to QUADRUPLE check that we have an appt the next morning, and was told someone would call me back. Guess, what? No one called me. The technician called me in the evening to confirm he had the parts and arrived the following morning. My husband and I both wasted several work hours sitting at home waiting and paid a huge bill in full. I understand sometimes service calls are not on time or there are delays. But PLEASE just let your customers know so they can go on with their day.

Technician was very helpful, but customer service was very bad. I called to get a quote. Called back to get an appointment within a week. Final price I paid was double the price I was told although there was no extra charge/repair to be done. Called THREE times afterwards for explanations for price. Each time I was told they would call me back the same day. They never called back after each call.
