Seems like they like to throw the food in the bag and would not give drinks at curbside pick up. You will have to go in if there are drinks with your order and do not understand any instructions

We ordered veg sandwich with patty but the associate on duty put very less veggies even after telling twice its not really pocket friendly and make sure Please welcome your customer with smiling face.

Went here to lunch today. Three workers were working at the same time, two of the workers were focusing on skip the dishes. More of the workers were focused on skip the dishes. The worker toasted my sub and left it there well dealing with the other customer. Now my sub is cold. I would recommend if there more than 1 customer deal with the customers in the store.

Simrat was awesome! Helped me pick out some new toppings and they were excellent. Also, when I couldn't remember the bread I usually get, she blurted out exactly what I wanted! Great customer service. Thanks!

PRICE GOUGING ALERT. This establishment charged me more than the advertised price of the sandwich I ordered, which is a violation of consumer protection laws, specifically the Canadian Competition Act.What is more, this location has increased pricing by far more than the rate of food inflation. I think this business, like many others, takes advantage of the talk of inflation to jack up their prices by far more than the rate of food inflation to increase their profit margins. $12 for 12 inches of sandwich that includes not meat of cheese is unreasonable.I have eaten at Subway for decades, but I will not be setting foot inside this location again, and you shouldn't either. The way consumers can control inflation is to vote with their feet and not by from establishments that increase their prices unreasonably.

TERRIBLE experience and basically STOLE from my parents. My parents are new to Canada and it was their first time going to Subway on their own. The employee told them that they can only choose 2 toppings from the lettuce, tomatoes, olives etc. I've been here for years and never have I ever heard of this before!!! My parents also ordered it to go but the employee rang them out as dine-in and gave themselves 15% service charge/tip!!!!!!! My parents was not aware of this and only found out from the receipt when they got home. NOT TO MENTION, they were very rude and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD FROM A SUBWAY AND 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEFTSSSS!!!

I ordered my regular chicken teriyaki foot long combo which i have been ordering from this place for a while now . It the worst i had this morning earlier i used to order during lunch time those were far better . I just took a bit and felt like the bread i having a bad smell and the chicken i too old may be from the previous day. I need to throw of it completely .
