Just had a new GREE furance and heatpump installed today and they did a great job and no mess after job was completed.

They installed a completely new HVAC system which took 2 days. I was very happy with their work as they are real pros and do a great job!

The salesman was very informative on the different options to replace our old Lennox heat pump. We wanted something more energy efficient and quiet, and we decided to go for the Gree furnace and heat pump, which is subject to a government grant as well.The old system was disinstalled and new one installed over a two day period. The installers were very professional, answered all our many questions, and took care to protect the floors and clean up after the installation was completed. A+ service.

Excellent professional service. Fredéric performed a thorough inspection of my heating system, including the thermostat and vents throughout the house. Thanks to his expertise, he found that the air return was not in accordance with the furnace kilowattage. He solved that problem, as well as the badly regulated thermostat. The owner is very knowledgeable, professional and offers competitive prices. I did not end up using his services (because I settled on a different HVAC brand) but he was a very strong contender. I would definitely recommend his services.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Climatisation BS, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with their services. From start to finish, it was clear that their priority was not customer satisfaction or providing reliable heat pump repair services, but extracting as much money as possible from their customers and warranty programs.First and foremost, I discovered an issue with my heat pump that was installed by them 2 years ago. As a responsible homeowner, I reviewed the product's warranty and noticed that the specific repairs (cost + labour) needed were covered. However, when I contacted Climatisation BS to schedule a repair under the warranty, they shockingly insisted that the repairs were not covered. This blatant attempt to charge me for repairs that should have been covered by the warranty was completely unethical and dishonest.Furthermore, their incompetence was highlighted by their misdiagnosis of the source of the problem. Instead of investigating and diagnosing the issue as a valve leak, they quickly jumped to conclusions and told me that a part in the Heat pump was defective and needed to be replaced. Not only did this waste my time, but it also led to additional expenses as they wanted to charge me for unnecessary repairs (even though they were supposed to be under warranty).I got a second opinion from another company, which found nothing wrong with my unit, only a leaky valve. They were able to fix the leaky valve and the fix came up a lot cheaper.To make matters worse, their customer service was abysmal. I encountered multiple instances where their representatives were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked basic communication skills. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with their unprofessional attitude and the lack of accountability for their mistakes. It felt as though they were more interested in making a quick buck than in providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.I strongly urge anyone considering hiring Climatisation BS for their heat pump installation or repair needs to reconsider. Their deceptive practices, refusal to honor warranties, and inability to accurately diagnose and resolve issues make them a completely unreliable and untrustworthy company. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable and trustworthy service provider that genuinely cares about their customers.
