Absolutely Bad, worst, terrible and very disappointed, they confirmed my booked viewing time June 2,2023 @3:30pm and I cancelled my personal plan for today but that agent Kaylyn didn't show up to our meeting place, I phoned the company, for me to know if we are expecting for someone to come but unfortunately the guy who answer the phone is very unprofessional, he is sounds like not interested to deal with our concern, he just told me to rebook my viewing to waste more of my time, he is not so helpfull at all.This company doesnt deserve any good words to say, Not even 1 star.

This is the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. Property managers do not reply to emails nor do the people in any division of their office. You cannot phone a property manager. You cannot see a property manager. And when you ask for a reason for anything they do they again have zero reply.And as for Chris. Waste of time dealing with that. My advice is to deal elsewhere. These people are not worth the socks they wear when it comes to property management.

I purchased my unit in August and have reached out to them multiple times, never received a response. Even when it was for my insurance claim they still never responded. Don't use them.** Used the email provided in the response asking about an issue with my assigned parking stalls. Been over a week with no reply.

Great experience working with Chris Jochem of Braemore Management. Chris was so professional, very knowledgeable about the real estate industry. He provides excellent service and went extra miles to assists in buying our first home in Canada. Chris provided a more valuable service in such as way that he provided helpful tips, and brainstorming ideas which helped us decide more effectively.
