They have the most developed way to know how much the material of your clothes can resist heat.....THEY TEST A PART OF IT!!!!! if it's PERMANENTLY DAMEGED they give you a call and tell you plz come and pick up your dameged blazer we are not able to dry clean it.....but to be fair they didn't charge me anything for that.....If you like your clothes don't send them to this BOUCHERIE

Been taking my clothes (shirts/suits) there for years. Always welcomed with a friendly smile. Clothes has always been ready on time and prices are fair.

We've been with Rite Spot for about 6 or 7 years at this point but they've just now lost my business. The first few years were as one would naturally expect, the occasional mix up or maybe a bit of wear but nothing I'd get upset over. However last year they lost a pair of pants and gave me someone else's, meaning that poor soul lost a pair as well. They were hopeless in tracking down the lost pair but did offer a credit which I felt settled that matter. However, they have now swapped out an expensive Duvet for another much lower quality one and I'm having extreme difficulty getting into contact with them much less rectification of the matter. At this point credit isn't good enough, I can't trust they won't misplace my items entirely and even if they offered full retail value of what they lost (which they don't) they can't remedy the hassle. Given the number of choices nearby I'd suggest you just go elsewhere - the headaches aren't worth it.

As a business person, I require dependable dry-cleaning services at least twice a month. Delays or limited store hours simply do not work for me. Rite Spot has always performed flawlessly. Incredible service - courteous, timely and fair priced.

They clean a stuffed polar bear who is 42 years old! He now looks as good as new!!

I have brought all my family's drycleaning, shirt-laundering/pressing, and alterations here exclusively for three years. And that's a lot of business. I would have given them five stars until now. Recently, however, someone made a mistake with a 10-year-old but very expensive silk and wool blend winter scarf. They shrank it by one-third. Probably threw it in a hot water wash instead of dry-cleaning. After many attempts to reach the owner, I am giving up and moving my business. Now I find that they ruined a new bedspread by bleaching out the colour. Another total loss.
