Great experience with this clinic. It's advised to show up early because appointments are made for later in the day and one will have to return for their later time slot if it isn't extremely urgent. I waited for about an hour to see the triage nurse (waiting room had about 20 people) and was asked to come back two hours later to see a doctor. When I returned, I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival, even though I was 10 minutes early (plus the 15 minute buffer they ask you to provide by arriving early) the doctor I saw was kind, courteous, and professional, with good bedside manners. A definite 10/10 if you don't have a family doctor and are unable to get into a walk in clinic. If you absolutely need medial help that day, I do recommend the hospital because urgent care clinics cannot guarantee that they will have space for you. If you do use this clinic, I highly recommend it!

Came here today with our 8-month-old daughter. We didn't have an appointment and arrived at around 12:30. We had to fill out a form and after a few minutes, a kind nurse saw us for assessment. After assessing our daughter, she told us a doctor would be able to see us in 30-40 minutes. The doctor was very kind too, and we felt like we were in good hands. He listened to our concerns, checked everything thoroughly, and we could feel that he cared about helping our daughter. Overall, this was probably the best experience from the kindness and efficiency of the staff down to the facility I have had seeing a doctor.

The incompetency is at a Maximum here.We have come for our 3 year old who is sick. We spent two days in a row here trying to get medical care. We spent approximately 6 to 7 hours. They did a throat swab. It was supposed to come back within 48 hours. Nobody got back to me. I am now calling Urgent Care to get the results and they are unable to provide the results. They have confirmed that the results are in. What is the point of urgent care if this level of inefficiency exists. You are better off going to ER at your nearest hospital which is counter-intuitive to the objective of urgent care.

Service was fast when you indeed need urgent care. The nurses and doctor who helped me during my visit were super friendly and kind. Triage nurse was able to get me a doctor right away after she took a look at me. I visited on Monday, and got a follow-up call on Thursday from the doctor to make sure my symptoms is improving. WOW!

Seems like a really nice place, got in really fast. The doctor however took a half a second look at what I was in for basically disregard it, talked down to my actual doctor even though he had 0 idea of my history. And then told me to do something that had nothing to do with the issue I came in for. All while basically explaining how the way he does it is correct and he's the best . It was. 5 min interaction of absolutely nothing gained. Hopefully the other doctors there are good because this one was too full of himself to even care about my issue .

There is nothing urgent about urgent care at this location. Reception staff fall back on stating policy and procedure instead of listening to patients and responding in kind. Have not seen doctor or even triage as of writing this review. I would give this dumpster fire of a facility 0 stars if possible. AVOID.

Unfortunately, our beloved family doctor passed away last year, and we are still waiting for a new family Dr. Yesterday, we came across an issue concerning ADHD/autism, that can apparently only be dealt with at certain walk-in clinics, so, we spent the day phoning to see which ones could help, but kept repeatedly coming up empty, and being frustrated we finally just decided to try here, and I am so grateful we did. They took the time to really hear us, helped us resolve the issue, gave us info on going forward, and it was all in under an hour. The staff was kind, understanding, compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I've never experienced an urgent care clinic before, and could not be more thrilled that this is finally available to the public. The entire staff are angels walking among us, and we're so fortunate for that. Thank you!

WONDERFUL doctors (the best Dr of my life!) and nurses but since move from Eagle Ridge Hospital, front office staff have become less helpful. Need better training and more effort to find solutions for patients, instead of giving up too early, which could result in some serious consequences for patients. Going the extra mile is essential in patient care.

Though it's theoretically nice to have a place to go now when our family physicians cannot see us for up to two months due to outrageous wait times, this clinic runs in an extremely inefficient way and in my personal experience I wasn't given the help that I needed. You're expected to walk in and wait to be seen by a nurse who determines what appointment time you can be given (all of this can be done over the phone). You then are sent home and asked to return for that appointment time.In my case, when the doctor finally saw me (several hours after my initial walk in time), she wasted my time asking the exact same questions that the nurse had asked. I explained that I was in terrible pain for over two weeks due to a sore throat. She simply swabbed my throat and said she couldn't give me any medication until receiving the results in 2-3 days, at which point a medication would be prescribed. It's now been 4 days and after not hearing from them, I did what she had recommended which was to check eHealth – there still are no results uploaded on Health Gateway. I had to call the clinic myself to confirm that the swab was sent in and the receptionist confirmed that the swab results were negative for strep. When I told the receptionist that I'm still in pain, she asked if the doctor had prescribed any meds and I said no... she told to me to come back in as a walk in in order to get said meds. Just a total waste of time and zero regard for my persisting pain.

I saw Dr. Ervine. Literally one of the worst doctor experiences I have had. He didn't listen to a word I said and brushed off all my concerns. He kept looking to my fiance instead of talking to me like an actual adult that knows how their body works. He was awful. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because the nurse who did my intake was kind, understanding, and well informed. Honestly, she would have been a better doctor than the doctor himself.Never going back here.
