Friendly staff (though there are not many for the size and scope of this store, but that probaby can't be helped considering the price, orderliness and cleanliness of this store, which is all 5 stars.) Super affordable, good looking clothes, huge store and selection. No wonder H&M rules the world. I was sure H&M was pricier and never gave it much of a chance. Not a bad thing to say. I'll be going back for sure.

Cashier was super friendly and informative of the products. The lady assisting with changing clothing was also nice. They made shopping a pleasure. Just around great customer service

I was at H&M in Dieppe yesterday, August 30, 2021. I was with my granddaughter, 12, and she was doing her back to school clothes shopping. She is just starting to wear women's sizes so trying to get her into the appropriate size was quite a task. She was looking for the perfect pair of jeans. My granddaughter was first helped by a young woman on the sales floor who took her all over the store picking out some styles for her to try. Then it was off to the dressing rooms where the ladies working there couldn't do enough to get this young girl just what she was looking for...and many pairs were tried. My granddaughter left with two pairs of jeans that she was thrilled with and we both were so happy to have been looked after by your lovely staff. It was about 4:00 and coming to the end of a long day for us but H&M staff made it a pleasant end of day. This grandmother can't thank them enough.

Loads and loads of stuff from kids to women and men ... just winter coat on a very reasonable price

Dont get me wrong its a nice store but the maternity section is just sad. I think you could do more then just 2 small rack of clothes and 1/3 of a wall. Pregnant women like to try their clothes too. Especially when its your first time and you dont know what size you should get or dont like to order from the internet. Its really lacking on that and you could improve a little

I like their style of clothing. They also have a great choice of styles for children. The staff is super friendly! Great experience!
