Ive read some reviews about some staff being rude, I've had the same experience there in the past, but the last few times I've been there lately, I've seen a more friendly staff, maybe they've been told to adjust there attitude, I don't no, but bottom line, if you need eavestrough and accessories, it's the best place to go

Depending on the mood of the staff in the front you will either love or hate. Regardless of the service of the front staff they always have what your looking for and are quick to get it out to your truck.

My wife and I recently had this company do fascias and eavestroughs on our home. I can not speak highly enough about our entire experience. Mitko and crew were on time, polite, professional and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. The job came in UNDER quote. I have also read other reviews complaining about Donna, only to find her friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

The worker from roussel i had come out showed up half an hour late. Was quite rude to me expecting me to know all of the individual pieces of their systems. Also didnt have a pos system when i had requested for one. He had me take the dimensions when he had a tape measurer.Also when we moved the eaves to the backyard he got mad at me because i was not carrying it a certain way, as if he expected me to know what to do with it.Overall i wouldn't reccomend them.
