Paws On Wheels Mobile Grooming

Just had our poodle groomed. They are such professionals. Already booked them for July.

I have been a client of theirs for a few years now. I have 2 long haired cats that need some extra grooming on average about twice a year. They are wonderful people, very professional and do a great job with my animals. I highly recommend these folks and thank you for your wonderfulservice over the years!

They sent us an email today saying that they could not make the appointment for today at noon because of their roof? What the heck does a roof have to do with dog grooming? So we sent back an email chiding them for unprofessionalism and then they dropped us. From our experience and others' reviews, it seems like they are really bad at keeping appointments.

The first time I used their services everything went well and they did a great job grooming my cat. However the second time around, they cancelled on me 3 seperate times only a few hours before each appointment. Once or twice is fine, but three times I feel is wasting my time especially because I had to plan my work day around it and they cancel the same day. Taking my business elsewhere.Edit: changed my review from a 2 to 1 star after your reply based on your lack of accountability. I felt for you and your dog when you canceled the first time, I was completely respectful and accepting of the situation. Even the second time i was respectful based on the fact you rescheduled a few days after the first cancelled appointment. Then you book me for 2 weeks after that and when I try to get an earlier appointment, you ghost my first 2 emails for a week. I emailed again and finally got an answer for an appointment the day before that date. Fine. The third cancelling in my opinion is unacceptable after the way I was taken care of. You can only waste someone's time enough before they get upset and feel like they are getting played. I also see you have many reviews here that also say you kept cancelling on them. I'm not the only one whose had this issue with your business. I do wish you all the best in your future. However I will never recommend you to anyone I know.

Linda and Paul were so professional. My wife and I were nervous prior to them arriving because our cat was a recent rescue and doesn't like new people, but they put our worries to rest and groomed him perfectly. They were so kind and gentle with him and we couldn't believe how well things went. We highly recommend them.

They just finished grooming my dog Rousseau. Fantastic experience. I checked the reviews first and noticed some of the timing issues. No problems for me, they did cancel our initial appointment due to sickness- I actually appreciate this greatly. They came today at our arranged time and I couldn’t be happier with everything. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and great price. They came to my house, clipped my cat's claws quickly, properly, and with minimal discomfort. In and out in a couple of minutes. Will definitely call again. Thanks!!

WORST PET GROOMING COMPANY IN OTTAWAIf I could give zero stars, I would. This company was supposed to show up at 9:45am to groom my dog. This was confirmed by phone and by email. When no one showed up, I called them and they claimed they emailed me. The email time stamp was 20 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive / around the time I called them to inquire. They claimed that because they had a cancellation in Orleans, they had no reason to come to Orleans for my appointment and they were going to give my slot to someone in the West end where they now planned to spend their day. Paul, the unprofessional (owner!) that I dealt with, told me that he would get back to me in a day or two to book a new appointment". I responded that I was okay to reschedule but that this was understandably not a great first experience for me. His response: "It seems our policies cannot meet with your expectations. Therefore its in the best interest to find a groomer that can. Regards."In summary

I use to use them all the time. They did great work and I trusted them with my dog. How ever they drop my cold for no reason or expiation why. Very hurt an upset. Don't trust there niceties they swing.

This is the best service I have ever had to groom my grumpy cat. Paul and Linda are pros! They come prepared with all their tools, they comfort the client while grooming and they even clean up! I highly recommend this service. I'm in Aylmer Qc.
