Top class organisation with amazing programs for all ages!! Support them however you can!! All love.

This organization runs activities for the youth in the community. Activities vary from having special events to running sporting leagues, such as the playforever basketball leagues. One for the youth and also one for the adults. The organization has a lot of potential with selfless leaders who care for nothing more than the well being of the youth.On the other hand, I feel some of the leagues volunteers are spoiled and don’t properly do the task they are asked to do. For example, some of them don’t count the game stats correctly. However, thanks to the leaders in the organization, they mentor and show the volunteer on how to do the task properly. Worst case scenario, they are able to redirect these volunteers to do other tasks. At the end of the day, they are volunteers, and at least they show up.Aside from the basketball leagues, the organization has a lot of potential and also runs a number of programs/events to the point where I dont even know where to start.

Great community, play forever has a lot of potential and every season it seems like the players are improving drastically.

Play Forever is an incredible non-profit organization that strives to help out the youth in the community. They Have a great set of mentors that help lead and set an example for youth in the community. Being a participant and volunteer has shown me first hand how amazing is this organization. During my time here, I learned what it mean to give back. This organized has shaped me to become a better version of myself; the soft skills I have learned from volunteering is something I have transferred to my time at Queen's University.The success of this organization is due to all hardworking founder Mohammad Al-Salem, and the fantastic community that helps Play Forever move forward. This organization is just at its start with hopes of helping improve one community at a time.

Playforever always puts the youth first, I wish I had PF in my life growing up. I recommend this organization and it's leagues/events to anyone in the York region.
