When you decide to take vacations on regular business days, please say so in an answering machine message or somewhere online. I detoured to Paisely specifically for this restaurant, called ahead and got no answer or message so was left to find out that you are not open by reading the front door. Not a fan of wasting my time needlessly.

How is it possible that the best ever Pad Thai is in the small town of Paisley, Ontario in the middle of Bruce County? This was a welcome and pleasant surprise!The chef was very kind and made sure we were taken care of, and I could tell that the food was prepared with heart and soul.Rak Thai Kitchen puts Paisley on the map!We made a reservation and also placed our order ahead of time, I was told that this would be helpful. And it was. Everything was fresh and delicious.The restaurant’s Facebook page has a great detailed menu with photos to accompany each item.

Hands-down the best restaurant meal we have had on our trips to the Bruce Peninsula. Great service, fantastic food. Spotlessly clean inside. What a find! Paisley is a beautiful little town, too. We’ll be back whenever we’re in the area.

Absolutely delicious food with generous portions. The few times we’ve ordered takeout we have been left fully satisfied. I don’t normally like rice, but the vegetable fried rice and pineapple rice are both delicious options. I’m pretty particular about my spring rolls, with most places lacking any real flavour or substance, but Rak Thai’s are scrumptious. What really keeps me coming back though is the mouth watering chicken satay with peanut sauce. I am salivating just thinking about them. We look forward to dining in and experiencing what we anticipate would be great customer service!

We are out of towners who just had lunch there today and the food was amazing! We ordered pad thai, green curry and yellow curry lunch combos. Portions were large and they came with either a tom yum soup or spring rolls. We also had the mango salad and the chicken cakes. The dressing for the chicken cakes was really good. There's construction just up the road for the past year which they said has affected folks coming in so if you get a chance, definitely stop by here for a meal, won't disappoint! The service was really friendly, you can also learn how to speak some Thai as well!

This is one of those, don't judge a book by the cover" places. The meal we had was excellent. Our mango salad and stir-fry were fresh and authentic. I will find it hard to drive through Paisley and not stop here."

Had this today for the first time. My whole family enjoyed it. Easy to miss this place driving though paisley but please support them. I’m excited to have this as a takeout option on the way home.

The food was delicious, light but satisfying, and the best Thai food I've had here in Ontario. The restaurant was bright, airy, and clean. The service was courteous and personable. 10/10 would recommend. I wish they were closer to Toronto!

Had a delicious lunch here. Spring rolls, pad thai, and cashew stir fry. Took mango salad to go. This place is spotlessly clean, and the food and service was amazing! Will definitely be back.Make a resevation though!
