This company completely replaced my roof. I am very happy with the work and service. Darryl is exceptional, and even came back to check to make sure I was happy. This company was referred to me by two others and I knew if they were happy then I would be happy. And I am happy with the quality, the service And the customer service.

They came out to replace some missing shingles on our roof... and did the exact opposite. Found out from our neighbour's roofer that he could see the shingles Turnbull Roofing replaced for us were tacked on–as in nail through the top of the shingle, into our roof, exposed to the elements, NOT hidden under the overlapping shingles. I ended up paying my neighbour's guy to go up and replace them properly.

Just moved into a home in Whitby the first week we lived here there was a thunderstorm and discovered that the back side of the house was leaking and the singles was definitely in need of replacement. I had multiple quotes for my roof but one company definitely caught my attention and that would be Turnbull roofing. with the severity of the damage on our roof they had moved our scheduled date to a much earlier time. Definitely will recommend these guys. their service was outstanding. In the end of their installation the crew made sure that the area was clean.

Turnbull Roofing did an amazing job on our roof and would recommend them to everyone. Turnbull Roofing was able to fit us in after we decided to get our roof done late in the season. Many companies were unwilling to even speak with us or return our e-mails. Upon calling Turnbull Roofing they ensured we were happy with every step of the process and even had one of the owners meet with us because all of their other employees were busy with the end of season rush.When meeting it was clear that they value quality products and made us feel comfortable with our choices. The installation took a day and they helped replace some flashing that had fallen off the roof earlier in the year. Our roof looks amazing and we have not even had a minor issue with it since it was installed.Once gain, Turnbull Roofing is an excellent company and would absolutely recommend them for your project.

I found Turnbull Roofing on Google and read previous reviews. I decided to give them a call for a quote as all the reviews were positive. I called to book an appointment and was please when I got a call back from Robert shortly after. He came out quickly and walked me through the process. He answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a quote on the spot. He told me it would be a couple of weeks before they could get the job done. After he left, I got a call saying he would be able to get the job done within that week. Even more pleased with that. He suggested a different colour shingle from what I originally want which was a brown colour. I am so glad that he suggested the Charcoal. Really makes my garage structure look amazing. Never doubt the pros! The guys showed up on time, I think there were 5 or 6 of them. The guys were awesome. Once they were done, I went outside and you couldn't even tell they were they. They cleaned up everything. I could go on about this company but I think you get the picture. They were pleasant to deal with and professional. Below are photo's of the before and after. From my first meeting with Robert when he brought in actual samples of the shingles to my home to choose from until his crew had the roof completely installed, I can't say enough about how great they all were. Robert was very knowledgably and pointed out the advantages of going with certain shingle options. The roofing crew arrived just before 8 am on the scheduled date and the supervisor and her crew were very professional and the job was done with great care and looks amazing. The actual roof replacement was perfect and the clean up afterwards was impeccable. They took great care in every aspect of the project. The price was very reasonable and came in considerably lower than other estimates that I had. Turnbull Roofing has been referred to us by a neighbour. We were pleased with their service. Steve was patience and answered all our questions. Their workers were also nice, efficient, and cleaned up after each day of work. They were flexible and adjusted their schedule around the weather. We like the warranty that can be transfer to a next owner if we choose to sale in the next 10 years. We love our new roof!

Turnbull did an outstanding job installing our new roof. Starting out they came with a drone to provide a free quote and even recommended waiting to replace the roof because it had some life left in it. They communicated very well (I worked with Darryl who is fantastic!). Very professional and patient with all my questions. The crew was quick, polite, and thorough. Highly recommended!!
