We’ve had AJPH to our home 4 or 5 times in the past 3 years; the quality of service is always outstanding. Yesterday they replaced our aging faulty electric hot water tank and our failed pressure expansion tank. As a repeat customer it was easy to call dispatch and arrange a site visit. I got a reminder phone call a few days before our service and also early on the morning of the service to advise when the plumber would be on site. The plumber, Dylan, was very professional and knowledgeable and he brought the plumbing associated with the tank up to current code standards. After the service I received a detailed email report about the work done for my review and records. Great service and value.

AJPH were quick to respond and to complete the work. Tim was awesome he was thorough and told me what the issues were with my heat pump and made sure it was work just as good as new!

We had a problem with our heat pump which A.J. had installed earlier. I phoned and they responded the next day. Nathan ascertained what the problem was and fixed it. He was fast, efficient and very polite. Highly recommended.

Their Employees are Experienced and can think “Outside of the Box” to quickly troubleshoot the problem.They serviced our heatpump refrigerant leak issues and because of the technician’s experience, he knew where to look to quickly find and resolve the issue, saving us Money!We had previously called another service provider who was only interested in selling us one of “their heat pump brands”. We are a commercial building with almost 30 staff. We had a sewer backup and AJPH was quick to respond and fix our issue before the next day and stayed late the evening of the unfortunate event. This business responded quickly and helped us through our issue. Though the issue was user error in the end staff did a complete diagnostic over view to make sure there were no other issues. Staff explained how to move forward and explained in detail what it all meant.we are very pleased with the service

Called AJPH mid afternoon before a long weekend. Service man was here within an hour and fixed problem promptly. Repairman was knowledgeable and very pleasant. I would not hesitate to call AJPH again.
