Very nice personnel. I went there for their cat litter which is the best dust free ever. I have 3 cats and trust me I know litter.

They don't have a lot of choices for animals. I was also disappointed that they didn't have any female guppies and much aquatic plants that I could buy. The fish tanks were also covered in brown algae and very empty stocking. The fishes didn't look well in a few tanks. I was able to find some fish accessories I needed.

I've never seen a place that cares about animals more than this place. The animals are provided with clean water, food, and many toys. The staff are friendly, too. One more thing, you can find anything you need for your pets for a great price. In a nutshell, the best pet store.

The animals didn't all have water. They had bottle which is not adapted. They also had wood litter. Which is toxic

Store is well stocked and has good prices but I can't believe the treatment of their betta fish here, they are in tiny plastic cups with what looks like maybe 1/2 cup of water, no heating, no filtration, theyre obviously not well, and yet all their other fish are being kept in perfect condition? With large tanks and appropriate heating and filtration. It makes no sense to me..

Thought this company changed over time. Instead it just stayed the same. Really dumb owner who doesn't care for clients. All he wants is your money. Doesn't even hire people with more experience then himself to enrich the company. Worst experience ever. This is the worst petstore out there. Everything is way over priced. All in all HE just wants your hard earned cash. Doesn't care , just give me money! If I could, they would get 0 stars!

This place smells horrible(thankful for wearing a mask) when you walk in. The cages are dirty the birds are crowded in the little bird cages.the aquariums are dirty,full or algae and fungus. I feel so sorry for the animals and well the staff are not friendly and do not even try to help you. This place really needs a clean up and new management.it says you can't take pictures and i can understand why now.

One of the only stores where I found Royal canin for daschshund! (It's the only brand my dog doesn't refuse to eat lol)
