We haven’t been impressed since day one but seems like we are stuck with them. Treated like bothersome unemployed tenants instead of professional people and owners. Fees constantly go up but they don't seem to do much and lots of hidden and surprise fees. Most calls and emails never returned. Would never purchase another home if they were the managers. Have dealt with other great property management companies in the past…..this isn’t one of them.Receptionists (or are they assistants, not sure) have always been pleasant but we are always dealing with a different one—high turnover I guess.

Horrible experience as a residential landlord. Bad tenants, requested we evict them but CML rep said give them a chance, they are fine. Repeated this process again and later we find out the one tenant was not allowed to be in city of Kamloops. Finally had them evicted them after more damage and got a bill for over $5K in repairs. Would not recommend this outfit for a landlord.

Could I give them zero stars? Currently living in a property managed by these people. Last year, they left me in a life threatening situation for 7 weeks, that situation has never been fixed to date, thankfully it mostly went away on it's own. On top of the issue itself, it took 28 hours to reach my property manager, despite leaving MANY messages that it was an emergency situation. When the property manager finally did get back to me, he screamed at me (literally) on the phone that he was going home to feed his dogs and I would hear from him later. He never did call back. I contacted management of CML, again no assistance given, in fact they made me out to be the bad guy for being upset with the situation.HORRIBLE company for managing a property, I wouldn't trust them to organize toilet paper in an outhouse.

I've lived in my CML Condo now for 7 months, my first living space purchase as a young adult. I have to say I am not impressed at all, I wish I could say different but I can not. Any question, concern, or dilemma is pushed to the side and feels to me, that I am not being taken seriously. I have to hound and hound and hound to get an answer or action made.My neighbors have been amazing! Large age span from young adults in their 20's to 30,40,50,60 years old and everyone who is not on the strata seems to be overly friendly [: The View is amazing.

Professional, courteous & responsive.I have dealt with CML for over 5 years as a commercial property owner, they communicate well, regularly issue high quality financial statements, handle a myriad of tenant and building related issues with little fuss and clear insightful action. I have found my Kamloops property better run, and more fully occupied under their tenure.

I have been dealing with this company for years.. .. and I have absolutely nothing.. nothing at all good to say about them. Lets just hope this 3rd person to take over our complex isn't arrogant and condescending and has descent people skills, not like the last two. They seem to forget they are working for US..not the other way around. If I had it my way? They would be fired!

I have been renting here for 8 years and was a happy camper until one new tenant moved in reporting me as talking to her as too loud, the NEW landlord also gave me warning for that report of me. He threatened I would be a RISK of ....... if A person reported noise from my birds...no tenant heard my 2 birds for 8 years! I sent him a message stating i got rid of my birds " I don't need to be another "STREET PERSON" at my age of 80....I am now seeing a councellor of medical attention ."

Worst property management company i have dealt with, they dont do anything to justify what they charge. don't return phone calls or emails. hire anyone but them. I could go on and on about how bad they are to deal with, but I'll spare you the details. Just don't hire them. They treat you like your a renter, not an owner.

Updating from 1 stars to 4 stars after my discussion with Becky. She followed up on my previous review and dealt with my problems. I really appreciate the follow up and it shows strong professionalism from her and her team.Thank you
