Their service was superior to many other home service businesses. We ordered a duct and vent cleaning appointment with Master Ducts. The process was very smooth throughout. We had the pleasure to work with Rob and Jerry. I can't say enough good things about them. They were highly professional. Our appointment was between 10:00 and noon. They arrived exactly at 10:00 am and finished by 11:45 am. They were exceptionally thorough with their cleaning. They searched every corner of the house for vents and carefully moved furniture when needed. Their equipment was professional grade.

They showed up on time and were very thorough. You can tell they really try hard to give you their best! The consulted me to make sure I knew what they were doing. They all showed up with masks and gloves on so I felt safe letting them in. They even sanitized all of the door handles in the house before they left to make sure we were safe and clean. I fell like the air quality in my house is cleaning now! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them!

Master Ducts were wonderful to work with. Professional, thorough, and very reasonable on pricing. They even came back to the property a second time, to complete something that had been missed the first time. Can't speak highly enough of technician ROB and the way he treats and speaks to you as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone.
