They never pick up the phone!!! it's Jan 5th and its 3 days I'm calling at least 5 times a day! the recording is still not deactivated or updated and keep saying they are closed till Jan 2nd! very hard to reach and this is not the first time

Terrible receptionists. Rude and condescending. No people skills.

They sent me to do blood work and the blood clinic made an error and did not take all blood tests. They called two days later me on Friday evening at 2pm to let me know they will not proceed because the test because we’re supposed to be taken within the span of past two days and today was the last day they would accept it. And now they are canceling my file due to ambiguous reasons they did not explain why. I could not leave work the past two days and had to book another time off. What a waste of time.

Avoid.The walk-in registration process is poorly designed, the online tools don't work. All you see is confused people looking where to go.If you have your family doctor at this place, well, good luck getting an appointment. The online tools also don't work, then you are gonna wait a long time on the phone and they will tell you they don't have a schedule for your doctor.

I had an appointment with Dr. Dina Farag and it was suggested that i get an MRI for my concern, so i did. I made an appointment with a private clinic for scanning which was at my own cost. I went in June and waited for my results from Dr. Dina Farag, but i never got a call. I tried reaching out to the clinic to see if their fax went through - it did, but they sent a 2nd one just in case. at this point it was around August and i didn't get anything. At this point i called St Dorothee clinic but the wait time was a long (totally understandable) so i hung up. My pain was also bareable so i decided i would wait and call back another time. We're November now so i called the St Dorothee clinic and got in touch with the secretary of Dr Dina Farag. I received the worst service from this women. i didn't get her name, but she was very cold and lacked people skills. She basically told me that my pain must not have been severe if i waited half a year to get in touch with them. and i told her it was because the pain stopped but it's back now. I also have a job, a life to maintain, and if i let some time go by then that's my problem - but no one should assume (especially not the secretary of the doctor) what a patient is feeling. At the start of the conversion i was explaining my situation and she stayed silent. I had to say hello" and she responded "beh madame je peux rien faire sans votre nom".... i was immediately turned off. Like okay then instead of staying silent

I was surprised to see all the 1 star reviews. I was a bit apprehensive going to the place.However, I was pleasantly surprised. The clinic is very clean.The doctor is very professional. They even saw us 10 minutes earlier.I would definitely recommend this clinic.

They never pick up the phone!! The receptionists and secretaries are rude and won’t speak English, even though we are fluently bilingual. Have some compassion, we are coming because we are sick!! The receptionists at the clinic on Cure Labelle, top of Jean Coutu are angels!! Go there instead, you will be treated with respect!!

First time at this clinic last Sunday. It was a great experience: the receptionist was delightful, and Dr. Elham Khayat was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen and made me feel cared for. Thank you.

I visited this clinic and was assigned to Dre Dina Farag for the first time. She did a fantastic follow up with me afterwards and took me as a family doctor and scheduled us for a consultation. My kids got covid therefore i was not able to make it in September due to the quarantine. I took another appointment in October only then i caught covid therefore i had to cancel my appointment again. I tried communicating with Dina Farag's secretary and she told me the doctor is not taking me as a patient anymore since i cancelled due to covid! Her secretary started humming and ignoring me during the call with a horrible attitude mentioning nothing can be done and it's final decision by the doctor so stop wasting your time... I have never seen this in my life where a doctor decides to drop you as a family doctor where you had covid and couldn't leave the house. Even worst of all, i was never called or advised she will be dropping me as her patient. I am disgusted paying high taxes to these ignorant healthcare systems. Shame on both the doctor and her secretary!

I had an UTI and doctor wanted to give me the one time use packet that doesn't work for me. I've tried telling him multiple times that the packet doesn't work and i need pills. He only prescribed me exactly what doesn't work for me. Thanks Now i need to call them back and wait 30 minutes just to get a new prescription and my UTI is not healed.
