Well, As I can not answer to the manager I'm going to be more clear. To begin, in this place there is no responsibility for people belongings. My wife left a purse in hanging from the back of the chair. We come back for the purse as soon as we noticed in around 15 minutes. They call the manager and say he review the video for 30 minutes (which is a considerable amount of time for him), but it took him 2 minutes from the time they called the manager and the time they say they they review the video and they saw that my wife didn't bring the purse, so they started laughing on us. At the other day I called the manager and he say that he can't say that my wife didn't bring the purse, but he can not see it because of the camera blind spot. But he was unable to use another camera (there are several cameras in the establishment). Neither he was unable to get a frame of my wife entering to the place without the purse, off course he can't do that!!!!!!.In the end, no help from the staff nor the manager. They can not even tell if someone visit the place between the time we left and the time we come back. What I truly believe is that the purse was stolen form one of the staff and they are covering each other in the robbery.

We spent ~$45 (before dasher tip etc) on a regular ground beef burrito, a salad composed primarily of iceberg lettuce add beef and flame grilled chicken (you can't even see any from the photo because there's hardly any in it - this photo was taken right after taking off the lid, exactly as how it arrived), a small thing of guac and 4 side salsas. That's it. Our poor experience was defined by small portions and lacklustre flavour (salsas were very one noted). I almost always do positive reviews - Calgary has so many amazing restaurants! - but there was very little positive here to cling to. We will not be ordering from Quesada again.I don't understand all the positive reviews - they influenced my expectations, which were then completely unmet.

The food was excellent and so was the service. Walked in for lunch on Wednesday afternoon for dining. Staff was quick, efficient and friendly. The restaurant has a very nice ambience. Highly recommend it.

Worst service ever with this place. Recommend by one of the friend to try out the maxican food at other location. I saw this location and thought to try out. We were 4 people tries their burrito and 3 different burrito bowls. Taste was good. But When you ask them any questions they ignore you and just rush you to make the payment. Will recommend food for sure but try other location. Not worth spending time and money.

After over a year of ordering from this place I still don’t understand how this is the one location that gives the worst quality food and doesn’t give the full toppings that you order. All the other locations are amazing and have great taste, quality and value to what you order. Yet this one location gets away time and time again with not giving you the toppings you order and the most bland food, they don’t even season their meat here like all the other locations do. Considering how expensive they are, and they still won’t give you the toppings you ask for… the employees at this location are lazy and and don’t care about quality. So irritated about spending $20 on a “burrito“ that is half the size and unseasoned as what other places offer. Don’t waste you money here (other locations of Quesada are good though)

Long weekend trip to Calgary and exploring the city who doesn't get hungry. We wanted something quick and while walking the street found this restaurant and it was open. Tried their veggie rice bowl and chicken quesadilla it was good and tasty.

The service from the two young ladies was exceptional, friendly and very helpful.I've eaten Mexican food from real Mexican restaurants, I've had home cooked Mexican food, here I'm not sure what they think that they're serving. For people don't know any better this is probably the real deal for those who do know the real deal this is not the place to eat. We had the tacos which were quite okay, but the nachos with the beef and other assorted toppings, wasn't very good.Perhaps if the owners of this chain update there seasonings tonight at the Mexican restaurant it would jump ahead of other chains such as Taco Time.

Not sure if management changed, but they are super cheap when adding veggies and topping. This burrito bowl is only about half full! I won't be returning or recommending this location.

Well, it is certainly true that this place is like a paradise because of the peaceful environment . Apart from that, the employees are very calm as well as helpful specially (Night Employees). The taste of this place is amazing. All residents of Calgary should be visit this place once

This is a good place. This is my first time eating this food. So I got a recommendation from the staff and the food was delicious. But the next time when I eat it again, I will take out the beans. The texture of the beans was dry, so it didn't taste good. The rice inside was also not good because it was too dry. But the meat was really good and the vegetables in it were also good. The service of the staff was also very good. The price is also reasonable. So I recommend this place.
