Lisa has the warmest and most friendly personality of anyone we’ve met in a long time. My mom has MS and years ago her eyebrows and lashes fell out completely. After trying somewhere else with extreme pain and a poor result (the brows only lasted a couple months and were completely gone) She was apprehensive to try again, but Lisa’s numbing cream paired with her gentle touch and reassurance made all the difference. Lisa did an excellent job with my eyebrows. She has the knowledge and training but she also has talent and a creative side - she can see what can be done to make each individual look beautiful. I met Lisa yesterday (Wednesday) for the first time, recommended by my daughter-in-law, for eyeliner. I'm 71, so didn't want it to be too severe and Lisa just knew what to do! I'm thrilled with the results and will return for eyebrows. She was SO worth the drive from Stoney Creek!

I am in my 60's, and was feeling quite blah about my life and appearance. I had heard about permanent eye liner through a friend who has now had her liner for 25+ years. Never even know it could be done. I called Lisa to get information about her service, not thinking I would make any appointments for a while!!! She is kind, understanding and not pushy, and explained everything step by step over the phone, and in her treatment room. She let me make my own decisions and choices after I was given all the information. I have now had 2 of 3 treatments on my eyes over 2 months. One more to go. I LOVE my eyes!!!!! Feel so much better about myself. It was easy and not painful. It feels a bit tickly actually while the procedure was being done. Could have gone to a wedding after the procedure. My eyes tear up easily at the best of times. That's just my issue!!! Poor Lisa had to keep swabbing my watery eyes! I felt safe, comfortable and welcome. Lisa took the time to make me feel safe and secure and ready before she started. I highly recommend going to see her. Very professional, clean and sterile atmosphere, but cozy too. She is a lovely, nice person, and meant to do what she does. She makes people happy with her gift. Go!!!!!

Lisa was amazing! This was the first time I did a lip blush, I was so nervous. She made me feel super comfortable, applied numbing gel, it did not hurt at all. I did two sessions and the results are amazing!. I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. My lips look so natural with a faint red tint, no one can tell I got a lip blush done. Thank u Lisa!

I cannot thank you enough Lisa...I love my new eyebrows!!! If you are reading this you can definitely feel confident visiting her shop. Lisa is very professional but at the same time makes you feel more like a friend than a client. Yeah!! time to retire that eyebrow pencil lol
