Honest review here. ordered 2 of each pie and so far only ate the steak filled ones. Not happy with the steak pieces in the pies as we couldn't even chew the meat very tough and full of gristle. the crust was good and not too dry and the gravy was good but will not be ordering again. I am so disappointed and can only hope the other with the mince and chicken are better. It's too bad as I love a good steak pie. I will post a review of the others when we eat them but so far no one is interested in trying them. I find it hard to believe that no one else had inedible meat except me so perhaps some of these reviews are doctored.

I have always liked homemade meat pies, but never shad any luck with store bought until I tried yours. After my first bite I was hooked. The quality is great, the puffy pastry stays crispy no soggy bottom. My only mistake was letting my kids and husband (who hates meat pies) try them. Now those muggles want more.

This is a wonderful company serving chilled meat pies. They have some fabulous traditional flavors such as steak and ale, and a few unique ones including chicken and brie. Every type tried has been excellent, with a good amount of flavorful filling, sauce and a high-quality pastry. Highly recommended!

I really was looking forward to eating the chicken cranberry brie pie, I got one for myself and one for my boyfriend. We only had a bite and knew right then that we couldn't eat it. This was honestly very disappointing. Couldn't find cranberries and it tasted super bland, soupy and watery. It looked more like cat food to be honest. Maybe the other flavors are better, but I won't risk it.

Love these pies! My husband is from NZ and it gives him a taste of home. Jaime and the team are friendly and helpful and we have been regularly ordering delivery to Southern AB for more than a year. I might be dreaming, but any chance of importing Fruju Tropical Snows in the future would be an amazing surprise!

Have been looking for an authentic, well priced down under" piein Calgary for 20 odd years and just demolished a steak and cheese. Brilliant! Throw away the knife and fork this pie can be eaten as a snack in hand as it is meant to be for mine. The best meat pies I have ever eaten. The beer pies are delicious. I bought eight pies to last me a few weeks. All were eaten within 24hrs. The pastry is light and flaky the fillings are rich and full flavored. I can't say enough this product is 100% amazing. Thank you for bringing these wonderful pies to Edmonton. Love you guys.

I’m a Kiwi from Dunedin who moved to Australia for a couple of years before coming to Canada. My trade originally was a chef but finished in mostly hospitality management & restaurants ownership. In NZ & Aussie land my meal of choice was always the Kiwi or Aussie meat pie & of course fish and chips.The “Georgie pie” was the big favourite when I travelled back years past.I still remember the “Pie Carts” in Dunedin with their meat pies & sausages & onions etc.My opinion is your pies are great but just need some fine tuning.Maybe consider fresh in every convenient store & elsewhere.I would be your dedicated customer.

Just had roast turkey pie (limited time offer) which was so delicious! Added a bit of M&M Foods Muskoka cranberry sauce and extra frozen peas - great dinner! If there wasn’t so much road construction, etc we’d be driving back from St. Albert for more! Thankfully we have 8 more pies in freezer!!
