Buyers beware, about what you'd expect from a classic used car salesman, shady, not professional, poor communication skills and screwed us over on a car purchase.We came in to view a truck that we wanted and it appeared to be in great shape, we agreed on a price with Victor and signed off on the papers to buy it. Best Buy sold the car as safety certified as per the paperwork we signed. We couldn't walk out with the vehicle as they still had to safety it and agreed to give us a call back in a day or two when it was done - seen as a formality.2 days later still haven't heard from Best Buy Auto, we follow up and are given some spiel from Victor about how they found something wrong with the engine and couldn't sell it to us anymore. Should probably have checked it before selling it as safety certified and signing off on it!Victor did not even have the courtesy to call to let us know that our car purchase had fallen through, would have been nice at the very least. We go in to talk to them in person and George is there, we asked to speak to the mechanic about the issue and he says sure. Then proceeds to call up Victor 'the big boss' and Victor tells him to block us from speaking to the mechanic. Clearly there was a lot of deception going on. Not sure if they sold it to a later customer who came in with a higher amount or what, but I would definitely avoid this business and their unprofessional tactics.Service was rather abrupt and rude throughout, not wearing masks inside. Again, shady used car salesman stereotype rings true. I would not give them my business again.

Great service. Carson is one of the most upfront, honest, and friendliest mechanics I've ever met. He always has multiple solutions for my car's needs and is clear on what different price points will get me. Even after moving to the Georgian Bay, I still drive down to Toronto so Carson can keep my cars in tip-top shape.

No hassle purchase. Left with vehicle and 100km warning lights for abs came on. They said bring it back we will sort it out. I live about three hours away so I took it to my Audi specialist who scanned and said a bearing was gone. They offered to fix and give me a loaner. Due to my business commitments and the distance I could not do that. They allowed my mechanic to fix and sent me the money for the repair, you can't argue with that service. Honest, flexible and honourable. I would buy again from this shop.

We bought a Jaguar XFR 2012 from you the vehicle should never of passed certification. We took it to Jaguar in Ajax and they said the same thing. We now have a bill of $24000. Because your dealer is not honest. Problems with two bearing, timing belt ,ball joint ,coolent leak and lots more. Buyers beware I would never buy a vehicle from them.

Went to look at a car that was for sale. The pictures showed the car was in excellent shape and the salesman told me the car was in excellent shape. Made an appointment to see the car. When I arrived, the salesman that I was dealing with wasn’t even there. The car was parked in the back corner and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the pictures were taken and in my eyes wasn’t close to excellent shape (clear coat peeling, 10 year old tires, worn/ cracked leather, front fender appeared to have a amateur paint job, pin stripes peeling). add to all of that, I couldn’t get to the passengers side because cars were parked too close to it. The salesman that was there seemed to have no interest in selling the car as he just handed us the keys to look at it ourself. I would ask tons of questions and more pictures before travelling any distance to view their inventory.

Do not even waste your time coming here!! I seen the reviews of how rude the owner was but wow!! Me and my husband went in to buy a car we’ve been looking for. Financing approved and ready. We get there after calling the day before saying we were coming to look at it. We ask the owner for a test drive ($50,000 car) and he asks what is the purpose of the test drive??? We look at his stunned and tell him to buy it?? He was very rude but nonetheless we drove it and like it. We go in and explain we heard a valve tick. “Oh you shouldn’t worry with the KMS being that low. It’s nothing. “ (110,000km). Eventually after talking we explain we like it but are going to see another one we had seen online. He quickly gets up ok bye. We tell the owner we don’t appreciate his hostility as we are seriously interested in buying if the other one wasn’t for us. He starts YELLING at us saying we didn’t keep our word that we were going to buy the car getting right in our faces. He was extremely hostile it was actually very scary. We literally told him we already have financing and he gets up and walks away with anger that we weren’t buying it right there and then. You can’t ask any questions or question anything if you think is wrong with the car. They get extremely defensive !! Do not even buy. They are the type to buy you something broken and then say to bad.
