CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
My husband and I had enjoyed Oliv (former name) many times before Covid cancelled fun. We took guests from Toronto there. So when ma belle mere was in town two weeks ago, we returned for the first time since before the plague.Service was excellent.We ordered a meat and cheese sharing plate (formerly a charcuterie platter). The platter is now a tower. The tower offered far less food that the platter. Bread and crackers were served separately. The dish was miserly for the cost.The stuffed mushrooms were wonderful; we had two orders for three people.They did not have the wine ma belle mere wanted. Given that the wine list is very small, we ordered a different wine; ma belle mere did not fancy it.The space looked cheaper than we remembered.Lesson learned: if a restaurant has changed its name, it is not the restaurant that you loved.Mark

CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
My daughter and I came for a late lunch/early dinner. They were having issues with their liquor license so we couldn’t order any alcohol but we did a tasting in the winery ahead of our meal. The service was friendly and professional. The food was very, very good. As a vegan I was pleasantly surprised at the options on their menu. I had the risotto which was fantastic. My daughter had the mufaletta sandwich and said it was literally the best thing she’s ever eaten! Thank you for a great experience. We will be back for sure and highly recommend this restaurant. (We’ve been disappointed with quite a few NOTL winery restaurants so this was a pleasant surprise!)

CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
My husband and I went to Oliv tasting room for lunch. We were a bit late however the hostess saved the best seat on the patio for us.she was so warm and welcoming. There is a huge variety of food . Summer salad, Cubana sandwich with soup and lamb pops is what we ordered and they are a must try. Salad is to die for. Sooooo goood. Cab sauv is also very good.this place is good for birthday parties, anniversary and date for large or small groups. Don't forget to buy their gift pack of 5 best selling oil and balsamic vinegar they are really nice . It was a wonderful experience and we shall visit again with friends soon.

CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
Situated just a few minutes from the bustling Niagra-on-the-Lake downtown, CAMM Royal is an oasis in the midst of ordinary tourist traps and tired old regular fare. The restaurant is well decorated and contemporary. The west-facing shaded patio overlooks a tranquil stream. As the sun sets, sunlight filters through the leaves of tall trees and it is the perfect place for a good dinner in the summer.The service was excellent. Cindy was attentive and informative. The food was way above expectation, especially when compared against the chow served in the touristy restaurants in town.

Had lunch here as part of our winery tour. Place is amazing, we had a set lunch menu to choose from. Seating and ambiance was awesome. I had ordered fettuccine and lobster as my main which was not impressive tasted bland and dry. The salad and dessert was good. Our server was not at all attentive and we were not attended to at all. No follow up, no offer of ground black pepper or cheese was made. We had to ask for bread for the olive oil that was on the table. Our menu had included tea or coffee but we were not asked or offered. Since we were running late, we left.

Great service and food. The rack of lamb is a must try. The view of the dinning room is amazing. We visited in the winter and I'm sure it's much better in the summer.

CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
We had a wonderful dinner and amazing service from Cindy!! Its our first time at an olive oil based restaurant and I cannot wait to go back. We had the salmon and steak dinner, along with the crab cakes and shrimp tapas. It all had such wonderful flavours and combinations with olive oils ❤️ I highly recommend, it was very quiet on a Monday night, only us and one other couple!

CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
Went there over the long weekend as a part of a wine tour. Very pleasant outdoor seating, with great weather favouring the lunch. Good service and very good food; had the caprese salad and the jerk chicken risotto, which both I would recommend. Also had the lobster and asparagus fettuccine which was good as well.

CAMM-ROYAL Niagara Tapas Bar and Restaurant
We had a wonderful lunch on the patio. The food is fresh and flavorful, our server was friendly and patient. The lamb pops, stuffed mushrooms and the risotto, especially, were crowd pleasers, even for our 6 year old. We enjoyed tasting the flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils, all of them tasted amazing. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t pack any bottle this time, but we can’t wait to go back!
